  At the moment two out of four chargers are out of service and specifically chargers 2507 and 2508 only output 3.4 kw per hour so my vehicle could take 20 hours to fully charge it’s been like this for months and also still have to pay for parking. There are more connected kerb charge points opposite in the retail park but only get a maximum of 4 hours stay and other restrictions so not ideal so you barely see any ev using them it would be great if we could have an exemption to charge overnight.

  Dear Konnected Kerb Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service provided by your private EV chargers located in Kent, Rochester, Strood. Out of the 4 available chargers, 2 are completely non-functional. Of the remaining 2 that are still operational, one provides only half of the energy output that your company advertises, despite the fact that I was fully charged for the session any time. To make matters worse, despite being a resident in Strood having free resident parking, we are still required to pay extra for private parking just to access your malfunctioning charging service. This is unacceptable and highly disappointing. I expect a prompt investigation, a resolution to the ongoing issues, and compensation for the poor service received. At a minimum, the non-functional chargers should be repaired immediately, and billing should reflect the actual energy delivered. Looking forward to your urgent response.
