Dear Konnected Kerb Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service provided by your private EV chargers located in Kent, Rochester, Strood.
Out of the 4 available chargers, 2 are completely non-functional. Of the remaining 2 that are still operational, one provides only half of the energy output that your company advertises, despite the fact that I was fully charged for the session any time.
To make matters worse, despite being a resident in Strood having free resident parking, we are still required to pay extra for private parking just to access your malfunctioning charging service. This is unacceptable and highly disappointing.
I expect a prompt investigation, a resolution to the ongoing issues, and compensation for the poor service received. At a minimum, the non-functional chargers should be repaired immediately, and billing should reflect the actual energy delivered.
