The care, support and help I received from all the staff I dealt with was second to none, all the staff are a credit to your company especially Bailey from your Gillingham Kent branch who went above and beyond when he delivered the nissan x-trail. Well done to everyone.

Very friendly and detailed oriented staff of Sophie on 10 Sept 2026 when I picked up the Citroën EV car. She efficiently handled all the paper work online via handheld device. Thorough in briefing and the company should give her more opportunities for staff growth. Well done !

This local depot of Enterprise has been absolutely brilliant! During a recent disaster with my insurance company repairers, this branch went above and beyond to help me out. Particularly I must mention Bailey and Sophie for their excellent service. Additional to this they was even kind enough to run me home post handing back to save me (a walking stick user) from hobbling up the road.. Credit where it is due and a massive thank you from me.
