  We had a courtesey car through insurance, while mine was being repaired. Very smooth and easy process. Friendly and helpful staff, would use these again.

  Really friendly staff. Good car. Quick and efficient service at drop off and pick up. Full tank to full tank basis, so no guessing how much fuel you have used or having to fill up straight after pickup. Unlimited miles. Couldn’t recommend more. Well done everyone.

  Was promised a hire car on Saturday morning on my drive as Mr Clutch had my car in the garage for a longer time than expected. No car turned up and I was told that because it was booked in on a Friday afternoon it wasn’t processed (Mr Clutch said it should have been there, don’t know who to believe) and they could get one out to me Monday. Monday came, no car. I had about three calls throughout the day with changing of delivery times. Then they asked if I could go to the garage to collect and do paper work, then asked if someone could pick me up and take me to the garage to do paper work. By this point I’d had enough of being messed around, especially on top of the stress of not having my own car for so long. Hire car arrives that evening, was told key fob is temperamental…. You can guess what happened, alarms kept going off and battery needed replacing. Then the low oil light came on, and to top it off the air con didn’t work in the heat wave! Clearly the car hadn’t had any checks before it was delivered. Since then, a small good will gesture was offered on the 9th June…. I still have yet to receive that. Communication is very poor and it is hard to even get through to talk to anyone on the phone. Would not recommend.

  If I could leave -1 I would !!! Absolutely disgusting customer service , I rented a car for £60 for 4 days as someone had wrote my car off in a hit and run , the car was cheap enough for the duration of the 4 days however upon return they try to inform me iv damaged a tyre and point to a scuff which I did not do ! In all honesty I think they did this on purpose to me , they went straight to the tyre as if they knew it was there , very very odd ! they informed me I should of checked the vehicle myself upon driving off , may I add this is an underground car park , so not day lit and it was parked in a bay facing forward I didn’t even see the front of the car before I drove off as I thought the sales girl was doing it iv NEVER been asked to takes pics of a car before I drive off be carful renting from this firm I would never again they have taken full advantage of me charged me over 150 for a tyre on a Mazda car that is probably £60 , that wasn’t even damaged if I’d of taken pics before driving off they would of still said it was me , the customer service is appalling iv had to ring and chase it 4 times they are so unhelpful and blame it on paper work and have even added an admin fee to the bill of £78 I mean how is this ok , when I questioned it they answered to me and said “if I want I can charge you £1750 maximum “ absolutely disgusting way to speak to me especially since I was in tears a young mum who simply wanted a cheap car for the weekend as I was hit by an hit and run uninsured driver . I will never ever ever recommend this company and the woman who I dealt with is vile the way she spoke to me over the phone I think she maybe the manager long dark hair numerous of times placed me on hold for over 6 mins at no point apologised .tom who taken the details of as unhelpful also power trip on a young girl it’s like they was bullying me honestly I was so upset never again you should be ashamed of yourselves
