  Great staff. Shuttle bus from Terminal 2 to Sixt was easy to locate. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Alexander was brillant at drop off Premium cars at great prices. Keep it up

  Do not rent from them. They are very dishonest. The person on counter asked me to bring missing doc next morning and i will hold the car but he did not hold it. $300 were wasted because of dishonesty from sixt employee. Highly disappointed and will never rent from them. I will ensure everyone i know travelling to manchester do not rent car from them.

  Thank you for such a smooth and enjoyable experience hiring one of Sixt’s Mini Coopers! We had an excellent experience from start to finish, with a special shout-out to AJ who really made the whole process that much better. He was incredibly professional and approachable, while also being witty, friendly and lots of fun to deal with. His customer service was fantastic and he made both picking up and returning the car such an easy and positive experience. We genuinely couldn’t fault our experience with Sixt, and staff like AJ are a big reason we’ll happily be returning customers for future bookings. Thanks again, AJ and the Sixt team!

  AVOID. I use Sixt at other branches 8-10 times a year, and have never had an issue before. The staff at this branch were rude and unhelpful - Ross in particular. They claimed that they could not provide a car, due to an issue with the address on my driving license not matching the booking address. No alternatives were offered, my partner could not rent the same car, it had all worked fine on the online check in, and the attitude of the staff was abrupt and unsatisfactory. Awful service. I had to pay significantly more for a walk-in booking at Enterprise, who were excellent. Use them instead. There are multiple other reviews who have had similar issues with the same staff member.

  Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, what started as a really good experience ended very badly. We originally had the booking in my wife’s name. When we arrived, we spoke to Matt at the desk as we wanted to change the booking into my name. Matt was great — very friendly, helpful and professional. He advised us that the easiest way to do this was to cancel the original booking and make a new booking in my name, which is exactly what we did. The problem is that they are now refusing to refund the original booking, saying that we were a “no-show”. This is simply not true. We were there at the desk, we spoke to their staff and we collected the car. We only cancelled the original booking because we were told to do so by Matt. It’s extremely frustrating to now be penalised financially (£850) for following the advice of their own employee. I completely understand a no-show policy, but this clearly wasn’t a no-show. Matt himself was excellent, but unfortunately the way this has been dealt with afterwards has left a very bad impression. I would hope they reconsider this and do the right thing by refunding the original booking.
