  You can expect fewer car choices at this location, but if you need any help beyond of what you can do yourself then I advise you actually take a long trip to Boston Logan airport rental center. This location customer service is very poor and it seems that this is how manager runs this place. Common employees will smile at you with automatic artificial smile and if you need any help from them neither them nor manager will be willing to help you. I actually drove to National location at Boston airport spending 1 hour, but was pleased I made this decision.

  I wanted to send a shout out to Luke who went up and over his job, my flight was delayed and it was almost closing time for the National care rental , i was concerned i was not going to be able pick up my car, thats when Luke called me and said ill be here waiting for you , what a relief, thank you Luke!!!

  Efficient, professional and courteous staff. Car ( SUV) reasonably priced, well maintained and clean. Will definitely hire from then in the future.

  Rented a Ford Kuga manual for 4 adults with 4 medium suitcases. Awesomeness!
