  I booked a Corsa or similar, paid extra for that compared to the smaller car. But on their system it came through as a Fiat 500. So I essentially got a downgrade and they wouldn't give me a give me a different car unless I paid for it.

  Turned up for collection at 8am. No vans in the yard. Customers were late returning them. The only van they could get for me was a Luton which was too big for the job but had to make it work. The van had 18 miles in the tank when I received it so had to spend more time fuelling up. Ended up being an hour behind schedule which meant I missed a delivery slot which cost me £35. Nicholas reimbursed me for the fuel with a bit extra as an apology for the lateness. It didn’t cover the total loss that I made but I was pleased to receive some goodwill. It was a stressful day for them as they had to ring around wondering why customers were returning their vehicles late. The customers in the reception who were waiting were informed of estimated delay times which is as much as the colleagues at enterprise could do. A frustrating experience made better by good customer service, but overall just one of those things that you can’t do much about. I probably won’t use Enterprise again as a similar thing happened to me a few years ago with the same branch.

  As a regular customer, the team always provide great service and are on hand to help. George picked up the car on time and made sure everything was ok with the vehicle. Top job. Jack

  I’ve consistently had great experiences with the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Didsbury over time. The staff — George, Nick, Ryan, Safa, Alex, Hunain, and Jack — have all, at different times, been helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. Every interaction has been smooth, with clear communication and a genuine willingness to help, whether it’s sorting bookings, answering questions, or getting things done efficiently. The overall standard of service from this branch is very high, and it’s clear there’s strong teamwork and consistency across the staff. Their effort and hard work don’t go unnoticed — they deserve recognition and promotion consideration across the board for the level of service they consistently deliver. I’d confidently recommend this branch to anyone needing car hire in the area.
