  I had a fantastic experience renting from this Enterprise location. George was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. My previous rental hadn't gone very smoothly, but George completely made up for it by offering me a great vehicle upgrade. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

  George the assistant manager at Enterprise Burnage was amazing when I went to pick up a Car Club vehicle and it was not there. He contacted someone from Enterprise Car Club and they were able to find out where the vehicle was, down the road, and I was able to get on my way. George was brilliant and super helpful. I really appreciated his support when really, it had nothing to do with the rental service. Great customer care !!

  Had a truly remarkable experience hiring a vehicle from my local Enterprise Didsbury branch. For some technical reason the vehicle type that I had requested was not available at the time of hire, but Nick handled the situation in an empathetic, diligent, and professional manner and managed to provide an absolutely superb alternative (almost new VW Multivan) that more than met my expectations and requirements. Nick was pleasant, super easy to deal with, and very accommodating / understanding of my personal time pressure and stress situation - I had planned for an 08:30 start to get to Heathrow Airport on time and was able to leave with my hire vehicle pretty much on time. As an added bonus, Nick also very efficiently and proactively handled the price difference on the hire vehicles. I would definitely recommend the Enterprise Didsbury branch and Nick in particular without hesitation. 5-star service, and without doubt 10/10 Net Promoter Score from me. Many thanks!

  High recommended anyone hiring a car at Enterprise in Didsbury Manchester the staff & their team were fantastic. Very warm & friendly in solving any problems I might have had with any of the hired cars. If one car didn't work for any reason this was quickly resolved & a replacement was given with another car which was simular to the previous one. Great service throughout & loved the vehicles rental cars. Always happy to help & support you in any situation! Highly recommended anyone wanting to hire a vehicle from these lovely people! Most definitely 5 ++++++++ rating!! Well done Enterprise in Didsbury Manchester would definitely come back if I needed a car to rent from you again!
