  I have always had professional and pleasant dealings with Enterprise and the staff are always friendly, keen to help, and eager to confirm that everything was satisfactory. My recent return to Manchester Airport was handled professionally and swiftly by Jaycee which enabled me to quickly board the bus to the terminal. Full marks guys, thanks.

  I had a very good experience with Enterprise Manchester. I booked a 7-seater automatic SUV, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our journey very enjoyable. I also appreciated the flexibility of being able to drop the vehicle off at Enterprise Telford, which made things very convenient for me. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Manchester and will happily use Enterprise again in the future.

  We were delighted with our Enterprise experience. We rented a car at Manchester Airport for 3 days .Having been absolutely shafted by a budget rental i got last year in Italy, I did some research on AI this time prior to my rental and it recommend Enterprise and recognised its mostly consistently positive feedback. I will be using Enterprise from now on.keep up the good work and Harry and Ben were a pleasure to deal with.

  Avoid this branch except you want to get rip off. All parking or toll gate ticket that you get as visitor. They charge you 35£ each for admin fee for doing nothing for you. This is not clearly mention on their policy and if it's mentioned anywhere they really don't want you to see it but let you acknowledge it. This policy should be clearly stated the way insurance policy are stated. I should be able to know what am signing.

  STOP SEARCHING USE THESE GUYS! (BUT CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL LATER) 10/10 SERVICE & ALWAYS HAVE GORGEOUS CARS After traveling from the other side of the planet, I arrived at Manchester airport yesterday morning. The bus to the Car Hire village arrived within 5 mins, the driver helped with luggage, really nice chap. I booked a C-CLASS Mercedes, but it was not available so I was offered two alternatives. I am in UK for a wedding so needed something premium. The young chap looking after me mentioned that they had the New Audi A5 and A6 available for a small additional charge too, he offered to take me out back so I could look. As soon as I see the A5 I had to have it, after a short negotiation and a tap of my card I was in the car and on my way in under 5 mins. Always use Enterprise they really have some great members of the Team who make the whole process smooth and its worth joining the Enterprise Club so you get points. Big thanks to all the Staff and the young man that got me in to such a lovely car at Manchester Airport Branch. I Love how the cars are right outside and ready to go. This car has really got my trip off to an amazing start! Really happy. Thank you!! PS : Only noticed it today but it looks like some "plastic trim" is missing from the shark fin on the roof, I could be wrong but best to mention it. XX UPDATE XX SNEAKY GITS : MY UPGRADE WAS NOT AN EXTRA £15 A DAY!! THEY HAVE FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED £15 A DAY + VAT 20% + ANOTHER £90 PREMIUM LOCATION PICK UP CHARGE!! WOW!! JUST SEEN MY CREDIT CARD BILL ALMOST £1000 FOR A 14 DAY HIRE. PREPAID £545 IN JULY THAT MYSETERIOUSLY BECOME £595 THEN FINAL BILL £967!! EXTRA £15 A DAY FOR 14 DAYS = £210 WHAT A JOKE. I NOW FEEL RIPPED OFF & SCAMMED!! SPOKEN TO AMEX WHO WILL NOW DISPUTE THIS SCAM. £15 A DAY WAS AGREED! NOT £15 A DAY + VAT + AN ADDITIONAL PRRMIUM LOCATION PICK UP FEE. I WILL NOT TOLERATE BEING RIPPED OFF. £967 FOR 2 WEEKS??? YOU ARE TAKING THE P%SS.
