  We had the best experience! From the minute we walked in, to after we returned our car, we received the most professional and helpful service we've ever had renting a car. Kara was so pleasant and kind while she checked us in. She upgraded our car because a car in the category we booked was not ready and she did not want us to have to wait too long. The car, Peugeot 5008, was very clean and comfortable. We had the pleasure of returning our car with Thomas. He was very friendly and took the time to ask us about our time in the UK. And, a big thank you to Gabriella, who reached out to us, when we were back home, to make sure that everything was okay with our rental experience. It's the first time we've had anyone do that. We'll certainly be booking our next car with them!

  Second time using enterprise at Manchester Airport, and again it was a quick and seamless car hire pick up. I dropped off the car early hours, key drop box easy see and bus pick up quick. As soon as office opened I received an email about drop off and invoice. Very good service. Will definitely use again. Thanks

  Ive been hiring from enterprise for over 20 years world wide and always found a great customer service & never had any issues and definitely 10 out of 10 . But for some reason I do find Manchester Airport totally different . You are practically interrogated on arrival on collection of your vehicle a total different culture here not friendly no thank you or have a nice trip, I felt sorry for the young girl that served me at reception when I asked ref customer service and additional personnel information and why its so doom and gloom when collecting a car she stated this is how they operate at this location As stated ive been hiring from enterprise for over 20 years and never had any issues, ive hired on a number of occasions in Manchester Airport and always found it been a nightmare.

  Lost my partner's driving licence, very slow service. We were hiring a car, the tablet system was not working, so after taking the driving licence and then handing it back once, they requested it again. The process took more than half an hour as they kept restarting and being unable to decide on doing it with a paper contract or retrying the system. They forgot to hand the licence back the final time they requested it, but called us later to say they would keep it safely and we could pick it up upon returning the car. Upon returning the car two days later, they had lost the licence. We waited for nearly an hour while they looked, but had to leave to fly. The licence cost to be replaced was not offered, they only offered to post it if they found it, which never occurred.

  I received a confirmation of the reservation when I booked and then received a "check-in" request the day before. I went through that in detail, but when I arrived to get my car I still needed to wait at a counter and go through all the details again. But they were friendly enough and soon we were in the car, I drove about 5 miles to find an ATM in a bank and then started driving when I received several alerts from the car (check engine, etc.) it was beeping constantly. We called the phone for road service, but also began driving back to the airport. I'm glad we did, because the phone was just basically an AAA. The airport staff wanted to check out the car, but of course I just wanted a new car. After 15 minutes that's what they provided. All went well for the week we had the new car and upon return I was greeted by a manager what gave me a modest discount. I was later called and told I'd receive a voucher good for future, but I haven't seen that yet. Cars can have problems and I think they did well under the circumstances.
