  Absolutely fantastic experience. They picked me up from terminal car park 2 pick up and drop off at no cost. Took me there. Lovely friendly staff. There was a little niggle with the key drop off, they were actually going tk give me a free upgrade if it was still not working but they managed to fix and give me the original car, so all good. No issues with the car at all, it did a good job for us. Took it back, no issues. They again dropped me off back at the airport drop off, really great. Few days later the security deposit was returned, fantastic. No hassle there at all. I will absolutely be using them again. If anyone is concerned regarding rental companies, SIXT is of the better companies. They charge a higher amount but you will definitely have less stress, and that’s worth it for me.

  A magnificent experience. The car was even washed before we received it, and the returning process was smooth as well. Brad, in particular, should be recommended as the friendliest person I have ever met at a car rental office. Keep it up!

  Checked in online & received our car assignments before we arrived. Neither car was ready, still full of trash and dirty. Waited for two vehicles that were made ready for us, only to find one was severely damaged. When returning the rentals, this location filed a damage report against the damaged van claiming we had caused it…classic Sixt. Would not recommend renting vehicles from Sixt Luton.

  We had a great experience with Sixt. We originally booked a Peugeot 208 automatic, but when we arrived to pick up the car, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Mini Cooper. The car was almost new, with only around 10,000 km mileage, and everything went smoothly during our 5-day rental. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and reliable. The deposit was returned in full without any issues. Thank you for the excellent service. I will definitely use Sixt again in the future!
