  Like many other reviewers, I strongly advise against using this car rental company. First, contrary to what is stated when you confirm your booking, the shuttle to their location is not free at all; you have to pay for each person for both the outbound and return trips. Furthermore, when they hand over the vehicle, they don't do a walk-around inspection with you; existing damage is simply listed in an email attachment—buried within a four-page document that you obviously don't have time to read. Upon return, however, they take the time to inspect every centimeter of the car and charge you for any scratch that wasn't on their list, even if it was already there. My advice: don't be fooled by their low prices—you’ll regret it, because in the end, you’ll pay double what you would elsewhere.

  Ho prenotato un'auto alle 8.00 p.m. ma a quell'ora l'agenzia chiude e quando sono arrivato, nonostante avessi avvisato che avrei tardato 5 minuti a causa del traffico, ho trovato chiuso. Sette persone tra cui tre bambini piccoli rimasti a piedi a Luton.

  Avoid!Avoid! Avoid! When I hired the car, I've been told to take pictures of the car, in case there are damages that have not been recorded. None of the 3 guys who work there came to inspect the car with us. There was a scratch on the passenger side that was not recorded. Upon returning the car, the scratch was picked up by the staff, as well as some chips on the windscreen. I've showed him the video I recorded of the car, and he said I won't be charged because it is clear in the video the scratch was there. Even though I've sent the video to the email adress given by them, I was still charged for it £595. I've tried to dispute the charge, but they won't accept it. I've learned my lesson, so if you don't want to be robbed, never hire a car from this company.
