  Poor customer service. They don’t answer the phones. I waited 10 minutes on the line and had to go there and they didn’t even apologies just rudely said they were busy. I would not recommend the branch in bury park. Manager requires further training to deal with customers in a professional manner. The rest of the staff were fairly pleasant.

  Terrible repetitive problem. First of all Google maps takes you to the wrong place down the road. Come on Enterprise you must know this already and you can contact Google to get it fixed. The biggest problem... Arrived after 10pm to find no one was there and every car rental company had a key drop box except Enterprise. I had 3 choices, leave the key in the car (unsafe on company insurance) drop the key in someone else's box (will they ever get it, unsafe on company insurance) or take the key with me to the hotel, which I did. The Holiday Inn hotel said its a regular occurrence and many, many of my colleagues had the exact same problem. ENTERPRISE, GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED, EITHER GET 24Hr STAFF OR A KEY DROP BOX !! Reply: This is a corporate booking so as a staff member we never see any booking emails or online info. It's booked for us, we just turn up give our name and use the car. Speaking to our booking department, they had no idea either. Just a sign up next to all the other boxes (where your box might have been) would be a good starting point with instructions? Please put yourself in your customer's shoes one day (try it) and see how frustrating it can be and find a good solution for a 5 star rating, I'm happy to change it if things get fixed Thank you.

  I am very upset and disappointed with the customer service I received. I booked the car through Booking.com and the rental was with Enterprise. A £500 deposit was taken from my credit card. The car was returned around 10 days ago, but the money has still not been returned to my credit card. Because of this, my bank has started charging interest on the overdraft amount, which has caused me unnecessary stress and worry. I called on 27 May 2026 and spoke to a staff member called Gowry. I explained that I was looking at my online banking app and could see the issue clearly. However, instead of listening or trying to understand, he kept insisting that what I was saying did not make sense and that I did not understand. He said the money was only “pending” and had not left my bank account, even though he could not see what I was seeing on my banking app. I felt dismissed, spoken down to, and ridiculed by the staff member. I felt as though I was being treated as if I was stupid, simply because I was trying to explain what I could see on my own bank account. I am already feeling vulnerable and stressed about the money being held, and the way I was spoken to made the situation much worse. The worst part is that Gowry then became angry and annoyed and hung up the call on me. I do not think this is acceptable customer service, especially when a customer is worried about a £500 deposit and bank charges. I only wanted someone to listen, check the issue properly, and help me understand when my money would be returned. Instead, I was left feeling upset, embarrassed and ignored. Very poor service from Enterprise Luton airport. I hope Booking.com and Enterprise take this seriously.
