  I hate to be the person to write a bad review, you always get nervous when it comes to car rental and the dreaded handover at the end. At the end of our rental, we heard the terrifying words "I really hate to be that person ...." as the young gentleman looked at a tyre only to point out a paper cut sized mark on a tyre. He then proceeded to tell us that this is policy and it would be unsafe to rent the car back out with said paper cut and how the cost of a new tyee is £195. The pictures we took were not clear enough to see this as it was so small. He ask for his managed who also agreed we would have to pay. At this point I doubled checked the photos we had taken at the point of pick up where I discovered that on another tyre there was a cut in the tyre 2/3 times bigger than one he had pointed out to us. Now if we were allowed to have the car with this cut in the tyre but your telling me it would have been unsafe to do so with a cut a 3rd of this size. Does this mean you have given us an unsafe car at the point of rental according to your employees and policy? They did suddenly change there tune after I had told them this and quickly signed us off with no extra charge but it left a sour taste and I just hate companies or people that screw and lie. Please be wary and check the tyres thoroughly. Poor form Enterprise

  Rented a car from Luton Airport and had to pay a car valeting company to clean and polish the car inside & out as soon as I picked it up !!! They need to sack whoever tries to clean their vehicles !!!! 😡

  We rented a car over the weekend through Enterprise at Luton Airport, and the entire experience was absolutely flawless. The whole process was seamless, from arriving and checking in to being taken directly to our vehicle. The customer service representative was incredibly cheerful, welcoming us with a warm smile and going completely above and beyond to look after us. He couldn’t have done any more if he tried—what a truly lovely chap! We are exceptionally happy with the service and will definitely use this branch again.

  Enterprise saved our trip after an incredibly disappointing experience with Europcar, who also offer car hire service at Luton airport. Having paid for a hire car via Europcars website using a visa debit and receiving confirmation that the same card would need to be presented when collecting the car, we were informed on arrival by a Europcar representative that a credit card was required for the type of car we had hired. Neither myself or my husband have, or have ever had, and credit card. We can have a lower class model for the same price using my visa debit, despite already having paid for a premium car. The representative advised all the other car hire services there were the same. My husband made his way over to Enterprise and thank god he did. May and Darnish (i apologise if I have made a mess of the spelling) saved the day. When my husband explained our situation, Darnish immediately reassured him and said he would look after us. We cancelled out Europcar booking and went straight over to Enterprise. May and Darnish bith looked after our booking and the whole experience was just so seamless. As we didn't have a credit card they accepted a fee on top of the car hire charge, the fee would be refundable on return of the car, once there was no damage. What had started out as an incredibly stressful start to our first trip overseas, was quickly rectified by May and Darnish. The service was amazing and the car was fantastic. We couldn't recommend Enterprise enough!
