  I have used this branch twice now and both times it has been exceptional. Thanks Asif for making my recent booking experience so easy. I wanted to modify my booking details online which I wasn’t able to do, and Asif kindly on the day helped me through it. Also, during check out, he was very thorough with the options I had available when choosing the insurance policies. A good customer service goes a long way and I will definitely continue to hire from them. I highly recommend this branch as the team are amazing as always, it’s very easily accessible and they have a wide range of cars available.

  Alquilamos un coche y al recogerlo nos dijeron que solo tenían disponible electrico u otro de gasolina a precio superior, por ello, nos comentaron que si elegimos el electrico, si al devolverlo faltaba carga, iría a cuenta de Sixt. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa que , al elegir el electrico nos cargaron 40 libras por completar la carga que faltaba cuando lo devolvimos. Hable con ellos, pero era nuestra palabra contra la de la persona de sixt que nos entregó el vehículo. Recomendacion: todo por escrito con esta gente!

  I had a great experience with SIXT, and especially with Asif. He did an incredible job helping us with everything and made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. Asif went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and his customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend SIXT to others because of the excellent service we received. Thank you, Asif, for making our experience such a great one!

  Due to unforeseen circumstances i had to find a vehicle to hire last minute on the same day i planned to leave for a road trip. I wasn’t very hopeful as it’s also bank holiday weekend and i knew prices plus availability weren’t going to be in my favour. I came across Sixt and because it was nearby i decided to take a chance and am i glad i did. Asif (i hope i got that right) was a godsend from the start, he heard about my chaotic morning and simply told me he’ll help sort it. I genuinely can’t express how grateful i am for all Asif’s help, i couldn’t be happier with the vehicle he’s given me and the exceptional customer service which is hard to come by so i highly recommend him to future customers.
