  I hired a car 3 months ago, when we received the car it had the fuel light on (even though there website says a minimum 1/4 of fuel should be given). We immediately complained and the branch manager agreed he would refund the difference in fuel when we return. We brought it back full so we knew exactly how much they owed us as we had to fill it up immediately when we received it. I firstly followed up directly with the branch, I spoke to a gentlemen and I was put on hold for just over an hour. He told me they have sorted it out and we should get it back in the next few days. Of course this didn’t happen. A further 2 times I have rung customer care, which both times they said they have escalated it and that I’ll receive a phone call/email from the area manager. Neither times have I had a response. I have just rang them again, and I’m told I shall receive a phone call or email by next Thursday. They also don’t know how to clean a car, it had watermarks all over it. The service was slow on pick up and return and it seemed to be very unorganised, it was clear other customers were annoyed about how slow pick up is. I would avoid this place like the plague, and I’m not sure how much I trust all these 5 start reviews. Seems like a shame considering my experience

  I must say, it was my first time using Enterprise, and I was really impressed with the experience. I believe the advisor’s name was Kale. He was absolutely lovely, very helpful, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. He made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable, and I really appreciate his help. Thank you, Kale!

  They guys there both taking out and returning the vehicle were super friendly and really helpful! It was busy both picking up and dropping off and they kept calm and still managed a smile :) The van was in ok condition I was advised about the warning lights beforehand, it didn't worry us as the use for the van was only a short distance

  I am extremely happy with the service I received from Colin. He listened to the issue I had raised, was extremely polite and understanding. Colin went above and beyond to resolve my problem I had raised to full satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this brunch and I will be returning. Thank you.
