Been a customer for years. Nice and competent people, good quality and reasonably priced tyres. They always accomodate you even last minute. I've never queued to be served and the job was always quickly done on the spot without waiting much. The only downside is the outside road which is always congested with cars but that never caused me delays to be honest.

I took my nice car in for a tiny repair, they messed me around, said they couldn’t fix it, and the whole time it was obvious they were just jealous of the car. Petty, rude and useless mechanics who can’t do basic work because they’re bitter about people having nice cars. Will never go back, and I’m telling everyone I know to stay far away too.

I've been here before and will come again. Great service, really pleasantly delivered and keen prices.
It fits in a really tight spot on an industrial estate so finding a waiting space can be difficult. Because of this I suggest they should have a timed appointment system for stuff such as tyre fitting rather than just morning or afternoon slots. This might work better.

I have been visiting this garage 20 years. It has never let me down, from car repairs, body work to MOT, it’s always completed with the upmost professionalism, knowledge and kindness. The manager Shan is always able to provide the best advice and do the work to the best of his ability. Strongly recommend.

Great service from Shan and the team at Total Motor Care - they are always very responsive, friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and articulated clearly in advance of works carried out - no nasty surprises! Nothing is too much trouble and there is never any upsell. They are proper mechanics who will always try to fix (rather than replace) where possible. As a result I trust them to service, repair and MOT all my cars.
