  Me and My partner booked a Van a month ago for tomorrow. Today Southall Enterprise called us and repeatedly stated that our address checks were coming back as failed. The staff member, who refused to give his name, accused my partner of not being born in the UK and told my partner (the driver)!and I he was visiting the UK (he’s born in the UK and has lived in Southall for years) and then told us to hire a vehicle from Leicestershire Enterprise instead when it was mentioned that the driver, who was in Southall, had come down from Leicestershire to drive the vehicle we were planning on using for the one day to move. The staff member then tried to cancel our booking and told us to get a van from Leicestershire?! When my partner asked to speak to the manager the staff member said “OH F*** OFF” to us before putting the phone down on us. We will be raising a formal complaint with Enterprise and seeking advice on what other action can be taken to have this escalated.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at Enterprise. When my partner went to collect the car we had booked, the staff members were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They showed no understanding of basic customer service and treated him with disrespect throughout the interaction. What is even more concerning is that one of the staff members threatened my partner by saying they would slap him in the face. This kind of threatening behaviour is completely unacceptable and made him feel intimidated and unsafe. In addition, we believe my partner was subjected to racist behaviour during the incident. No customer should ever have to experience discrimination or be treated differently because of their race. We expect Enterprise to take this complaint seriously, carry out a full investigation into the incident, and take appropriate action. We would also appreciate a response explaining what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch. The customer service was completely unacceptable. There was only one staff member present, and there was no proper queue management. Instead of serving customers in order, he was simply choosing who to serve next. While assisting customers, he would stop to chat with others, leaving people waiting with their transactions unfinished. I had booked a 7-seater, but most of the available vehicles had severely worn tyres. Even more concerning was that the staff member appeared to have little knowledge of tyre tread depth and insisted the tyres were "fine" despite them being below the legal tread limit. This is a serious safety issue and should never be ignored. I had booked my vehicle for 10:00 a.m., but I didn't receive it until 12:30 p.m. After waiting for over two hours, I had no choice but to accept a car that was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned or sanitised. The other available vehicles also had worn tyres, leaving me with no suitable alternative. I sincerely hope the management investigates this branch, improves staffing levels, ensures proper customer service, and makes vehicle safety and cleanliness a priority. Based on my experience, this branch falls well below the standard customers should expect. Southall branch

  It was dissatisfaction from car is very bad smell coming out inside the car as well as customer service, when I called never pick up the phone.
