  Doesn’t deserve any stars as this branch is full of Rude staff apart from one called James . They took our money and then said we can’t hire the car as we Don’t use Credit cards so they cancelled our reservation and told us 3-5 working days we would have our money back which was two weeks ago and we are still waiting. Each time we call to find out what’s going on we get told a different story. Now we are being told 10 working days . So we call back again and the rude man on the other end off the phone laughed and thought it was funny. This isn’t funny as I’m disabled and all I wanted was to hire a vehicle my a family wedding and now I’m unable to do so as the money is still not back in my bank. So please if anyone was thinking to hire a vehicle from Enterprise at the Sidcup Branch I would strongly advise Not to go too this branch and too go to another one . Also make sure whatever they say you record or get in writing as they don’t tell you the honest truth.We also phoned head office and the guy laughed at us like it’s a joke that we been waiting two weeks for our refund.

  My mom’s visiting from the states, it’s a very hot day 23rd June and going to be a very hot week. I booked a car at the sidcup branch for 12:00 I got there just before 2pm. Ready and wanting to collect the car for a couple days to comfortably show my mom round London. Who’s visiting for the first time. The guy at the front, doing collections and returns. Saw something on my profile (don’t know what it could possibly be) but I booked the car about an hour in advance after deciding it’ll just be easier to drive my mom round London. The guy called someone from the back, he looked at my profile and said to me the car I reserved is no longer available. Within the 2 hour grace period for reservations and he’d give me a car, but I would have to pay more. It’s too hot to deal with the bs. I politely left and tried the Blackfen branch. (Which had great customer service and was kind enough to explain to me their process and how everything worked clearly) very honest guys. Honestly my experience at the sidcup branch was appalling. Very untrustworthy

  Have to say Enterprise Sidcup is my best experience with car rental companies in over 25 years of driving. The professionalism and customer based service is outstanding. I honestly felt I was in the 90’s when I personally feel customer service in the UK was at its best. Manu and his team are a credit to the Enterprise brand. You guys have reinforced my belief in the UK’s highly respected standards. Well done. It was a pleasure being your customer for the last 3 months.

  Awful service- AVOID Most staff here were helpful however upon returning car I was accused of damage to the tyre despite not being taken for a joint inspection when I returned the car. Telling me I had to pay £695 excess or pay to re hire car and get a new tyre. Now having to dispute this legally as ‘store manager’ was adamant I had done the damage and not him despite their car park being covered in potholes. Be very careful when hiring and take photos of the vehicle one minute they will tell you to only look for major paintwork damage and dents and then next minute your getting an extreme bill. Would not recommend them to any one.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise branch. When I rented the car, the branch failed to record in the paperwork that a parcel shelf/bookshelf was already missing from the vehicle. This caused unnecessary problems when I returned the car to a different branch, where I was told a claim would be submitted — and it was apparently submitted on the basis that I had lost the item. This was extremely frustrating, as the issue existed before I took the car. On top of that, Enterprise was supposed to release the hold on my credit card after the car was returned. More than two weeks have now passed, and the money is still blocked on my credit card. Overall, the service was careless and caused me unnecessary stress, time wasted, and financial inconvenience. I expected much better from Enterprise. I would not recommend this branch unless they improve their vehicle inspection process, communication between branches, and handling of credit card holds.
