Took my car in for a full alignment right before setting off on a long road trip up to Scotland, and the difference was night and day.
The team was fast, professional, and dialed in the geometry perfectly. Stepping into corners now feels completely effortless—the car tracks turns with total confidence, holds its line smoothly, and stays completely planted without needing constant steering corrections.
Cruising through the twisty Scottish roads was a breeze; everything felt pinpoint sharp, predictable, and extremely comfortable even through tighter bends at speed.
It made the entire drive up north effortless and stress-free. If you're planning a trip or just want your steering feeling crisp, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Top-tier work!

Marcus is awesome. He went above and beyond helping to get my issues sorted for a weekend trip and was extremely helpful explaining things I didn't know and what to do with suggestions. Was really nice.
All the crew there were very friendly and I would recommend anyone nervous with these things to go here as they're fantastic and will give you honest and great advice/service.

After taking my car to a big chain mechanics to get my two front tyres changed, i brought my car here and was quoted around £150 cheaper for the same job. Called up and was able to get this done same day and car was all ready within 45 minutes after drop off. Friendly staff also. Very happy

My partner and I wanted to leave a review to thank Marcus and the team for the outstanding customer service we received.
After our previous experience, Marcus (the manager) personally contacted us, apologised, and invited us back to have all of our tyres thoroughly checked. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was welcoming, professional, supportive and genuinely apologetic.
They carried out a thorough inspection of all four tyres, explained everything clearly, provided us with a detailed report, and went above and beyond to resolve our concerns free of charge. Nothing felt rushed, and they took the time to make sure we were completely happy before we left.
My partner was understandably very anxious about the condition of the tyres, but Marcus and the team were incredibly reassuring, patient and understanding throughout. They answered all of our questions, addressed every concern, and made us feel that our safety genuinely mattered. We left feeling reassured and extremely satisfied with the service we received.
What impressed us most was the accountability they showed. Marcus took the time to personally reach out, listened to our concerns, and made sure everything was put right. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure they’re looked after.
Because of the way Marcus and the team handled everything, we will definitely be using Ruislip Tyre Service going forward and are planning to make it our regular garage.
