  If only there was a 0 star option. Lazy staff, constantly shouting through tannoy for stupid things, with phones I understand. But tannoy shouldn't be used to tell someone it's pay at pump only after 6pm... And then followed by directions to another garage. Ask them to come over, speak to them. Half the pumps are out of order half the time.... Staff don't move out of chairs, won't even reach to scan items... They hold the scanner pointing at you and it becomes your job to find barcodes and scan them. They just sit behind the glass talking to eachother without acknowledging you. As if you're not even there. It's also the weirdest garage in terms of payment. Some pumps are pay at pump only, some are pay at pump or kiosk, then after 6pm theyre all pay at pump only, but someone's still sitting behind the glass doing absolutely nothing. Why can't they take payment by contactless through the glass even when closed, like literally every other garage does. I love next to this garage, and have started to drive past it to go to another, just not worth the agg.
