  Very disappointing experience from start to finish. My partner and I had specifically booked a van, only to be given an electric vehicle instead of the model we had reserved. We were not offered any discount, compensation or alternative solution, despite the obvious inconvenience and the fact that this was not what we had booked. The customer service was cold and unhelpful throughout the process. Rather than trying to assist us, we felt as though we were being treated as a problem. To make matters worse, we were told that a physical card was required, despite the information on the website suggesting otherwise. Because of this, we had to use my partner’s card for the deposit and ended up being charged an additional £13. It was extremely frustrating to pay extra while simultaneously receiving a different vehicle from the one we had reserved. The condition of the van was also unacceptable. It had clearly not been cleaned properly before collection. There were scuff marks, damage and signs of previous heavy use throughout the vehicle. It certainly did not give the impression of a professionally prepared rental. Overall, the experience was stressful, inconvenient and poor value for money. We left feeling disappointed and would not choose this branch again in the future. ⭐☆☆☆☆

  Very happy with the staff and the service. The price at 33.20 for the small/medium car was fine. Enterprise policy on damage is general very good and you don't feel that anyone is trying to catch you out over some small scratch that you didn't see - which does feel like the case with some providers. So all good. The one thing which is difficult is the choice you get on protecting the windscreen. Windscreen damage is largely outside your control as a driver. But the cost to add that per day is significant on the overall rental. So if you take it - the whole things is too expensive. If you don't, you feel like you are playing Russian roulette over the the £2000 excess.
