  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked the van online and completed the online check-in as required. I then attended the branch to collect the van I had booked, expecting the collection process to be straightforward. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I needed to provide either a credit card or proof that I was on the electoral register. This requirement was not made clear to me when I made the booking or completed the online check-in. I had booked and paid using my debit card and therefore did not have a credit card with me. I was then told that I would need to go home and return with the required documentation/card. This would have resulted in me wasting a significant part of the day travelling back and forth, as well as incurring approximately £30 in taxi fares. I attempted to raise a complaint about the situation and explain my concerns. However, rather than allowing me to make my complaint or properly addressing the issue, Mr Monty asked me to step outside. I found this behaviour completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful, particularly when I was simply trying to raise a legitimate complaint about the service I had received. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I had completed the booking and online check-in in good faith and attended the branch expecting to collect the vehicle as arranged. If there were additional requirements relating to the payment method or electoral register, these should have been made clear and prominent at the time of booking and before I travelled to the branch.

  I’ve previously had negative experiences with Enterprise, but the Romford branch was excellent. Very efficient and friendly staff.

  Car was booked for delivery to my home address on a certain day, and to be collected from same address two days later. However, they brought the car one day earlier to my surprise and when challenged, the delivering Enterprise staff said they will not be available on the time I had booked and chose to deliver it a day early without any prior information. And after the training I went for ended, I arrived in London on time for the collection that was booked for the same day. Given the vehicle was not collected, I made arrangements for my wife to hand over the key the next day. And then she had a poor experience trying to reach the Enterprise branch in Romford multiple times with no response which she detailed and ended up calling the national customer service team. They eventually arrived in the evening one day later than booked for collection and was not seen taking any photos during pickup. After all these, they then raised a damage claim to my workplace for a hairline scratch that was already listed in the vehicle condition before they gave me the key. It was a poor first experience with Enterprise for which I intend to make a complaint.

  I hired a car from Enterprise for my family hoilday . It was easy to book a car and pick up , the staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the car easy to drive , also was cleaned throughly nice and fresh before pick up . I have used Enterprise car hire before on different occasions and always have been great. I throughly recommend Enterprise car hire.
