When we arrived, Taahir welcomed us, offered us seats in the waiting room, and even gave us chilled bottles of water—which we really appreciated in the hot weather. The customer service felt completely natural and organic, never forced, and they made us feel genuinely special. Naz, the guy who fitted our new tyre, was incredibly helpful and made the whole process seamless. A huge shout-out to both of them!To be totally honest, I have been driving for over 30 years, and this is the best experience I have ever had. It might sound exaggerated to say that about a tyre fitting garage, but their exceptional service completely blew me away. I would highly recommend them; this place is an absolute hidden gem! They also do call outs 24hrs a day.
