  Great service and reasonably priced. The car was perfectly clean, comfortable and ready to collect at the arranged time. Millie was particularly helpful both at collection and return, will definitely return if I require local car hire again, thank you!

  We have used Enterprise for many years at Heathrow and are rarely disappointed by their service which is why we always chose them. This time I rented a car then later in the same week a van from New Malden and the staff run a very efficient operation there, are friendly and helpful. Both vehicles were in great condition and apart from waiting around 10mins for the car to be cleaned, everything was excellent. Would highly recommend.

  Great experience. When I came to collect the van they let me know they did not have the right size available (I had rented online at about 11:30pm for collection at 8am the next morning as they opened so totally understandable). The lady I spoke to (Precious) explained the situation politely and very professionally (despite having gotten off a phone call that sounded like a total nightmare customer) and gave me several options to help resolve the situation. Really nice to be able to talk to someone that had a range of solutions lined up and let me go with whatever worked best for me, despite me having put them in a tricky situation because the need for a van came up suddenly.

  If you need reliable van hire in Kingston, use Parkhurst. Wouldn’t give Enterprise a single star. Booked a van over 3 weeks in advance as needed a van to move house. Was contacted 6:30pm the night before collecting the van to be told I had to collect the van almost 2 hours later than I had booked, knowing full well I had no choice but to accept as it was too late to change. No mention of it not being the van I had booked, which they knew, but didn’t mention. Then, on the day I collect the van, it’s not the van I booked and was much bigger (a luton van) which I had never driven before. Attempted to park it in my street and it was too big to park anywhere and therefore would not be possible to park in the street I was moving to either. Had no choice but to return the van. On the day I am moving house this is an incredibly stressful situation. Was offered a full refund and a call back from the branch manager and I am yet to receive either, 4 weeks later. Called the branch 3 times and their head office and have gotten nowhere and apparently there’s no record of a refund even being processed. Awful customer service. Have used Enterprise many times before but after this experience, I will never be using them again. If I book and pay for a van, I would expect to get the van I paid for.
