Can’t recommend this company enough.
From the initial enquiry to having the tyres fitted and tracking done, they were professional throughout.
The tyres were the best price I could find and since having the alignment done the car drives straight and no longer pulls to the left.

Excellent service from Wheelpower. I fitted four new tyres to brand new wheels and was nervous about scratches or damage, having heard plenty of horror stories elsewhere. Mark and his team took real care throughout the mounting process. They even used hand tools when installing the wheels onto my car, which made a big difference to my peace of mind. If you care about your wheels, this is the place to go. I would not risk the big chains or Blackcircles fitters again

I’ve been using Wheel Power for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mike and the team are absolutely amazing — friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Top guys, always sort the issue, straight to business, no hassles. Been using these guys for years. Took my dust cap off today, and tyre tread advice. Will be coming back for any future tyre issues. Would recommend 10/10

Not happy with this service today. Although not a bad experience the first couple of times I visited, after my service centre recommended them highly, when I managed to be seen relatively quickly. This time, I turned up hoping to be seen on arrival, after first phoning to see if I would need to wait - they said no. Then on arrival I was told I had to wait behind two others which might take an hour or more. When I drove off, intending to return in an hour, they said other people were now in front of me because I had left the roadside and lost my place.
It seems that you have to wait along the road all the time, even where there is nowhere convenient to park in a car that could become hot due to the sun on a hot day. For me, any long wait is highly impractical because I am disabled and cant sit down for long periods of time due to back issues. They don't offer a sit in reception area either.
It would be more convenient - at least for me - if WP reserved your spot if they can't see someone right away, even if at an approximate time, before you need to leave and then return. Only if you are late from the approximate time should they relinquish your place in the queue. Who wants to wait more than an hour to be seen and then not be sure if you will be?
Totally wasted effort. Thankfully I don't live far away. I will now go elsewhere which accepts bookings for anything other than quick tyre pressure and tread checks which they normally do squeeze in between customers who presumably are happy to wait for longer visits.
