    I visited this Tesco Express petrol station to buy a vape and asked if I could hold it briefly to read the label before deciding. The assistant told me she would only show it while holding it herself and kept my ID during this, which made me feel uncomfortable and as though I wasn’t trusted as a customer. I understand shops may have policies for age-restricted items, but the interaction felt unnecessary and came across as unfriendly and embarrassing. I would have appreciated a more respectful explanation instead of feeling treated with suspicion.

    Complete shambles! Only the first set of pumps can you pay at kiosk. Complete chaos created - in this day and age (where tech should be easy and accessible) is really poor management. The worst thing is the service desk didnt really care. So much for every little helps, really disappointed customer
