  Charged 40£ when i put only 5£ fuel and when i saw my card 120£ were deducted and the meter shows its not even 27 litre fuel. Frauds!!!

  Poor service, customer service low, asking to use their toilet just to wash hands after fuel because they don’t provide gloves at no feeling stations, no gloves and no tissues , said no , and they said you have to ask for them before going fuelling because they are lazy to fill up the stations. Avoid

  Positive: they have inexpensive good quality fuel. Negatives: When I arrived to refuel this evening (after the kiosk had closed), I had a problem with the pump where it wouldn't shut off when refuelling had completed. The payment terminal said it was unable to communicate with the pump. I searched pumps and signs for a phone number to call for assistance, but there was none. Inside the kiosk, I saw there were still colleagues present, so I waved and pointed to the pump to indicate a problem. A bearded gentleman approached the counter and just stood there whilst I tried to explain there was a problem with the pump. He proceeded to shout at me over the tannoy in front of other customers, telling me "problem is problem" and telling me to sort it out myself. I asked for the contact number for customer service or a manager, to which he said there was none and he would not help me, then he walked away. I've worked in customer-facing roles, and shouting at your customers when they have a concern is not what should happen. Appalling behaviour. Avoid this location if you're worried about your cortisol levels. Thankfully, playing around with the pump for a few minutes sorted the issue.
