    ⭐ 1 star On Sunday 25/01/2026 at around 14:46, I had a very disappointing experience at this Tesco petrol station. I used my debit card at the pump, but it then said I needed to pay at the counter, which surprised me. I went inside with my son and explained what had happened. The first thing the cashier said to me was, “It’s not my problem if you don’t know how to use it.” She then looked at her colleague and they both started laughing. When I told her this was rude, she replied, “I’m not starving you.” I have never experienced such poor and disrespectful customer service, especially in front of my child. Mistakes or system issues can happen, but the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. Very disappointed
