  I had a really disappointing experience at this Tesco petrol station. It's already frustrating that you can only pay at the pump and that it doesn't support contactless payment in the way I needed. However, the biggest issue was the attitude of the staff member. I went inside and asked if I could pay at the kiosk instead. The woman on the left told me I could, but that I needed to move my car from bay 8 to bay 4. I said "OK", but to do that I had to drive out of the petrol station, go around the mini roundabout, and come back in. By the time I returned, there were three cars waiting, so I thought using bay 3 instead would be fine. As I parked, I waved to the staff member to acknowledge her, but instead she began shouting and aggressively waving her arms, saying, "I told you number 4! Is that 4? Why are you there?" I was taken aback by how rude and unprofessional she was. There was no need to speak to a customer like that. A polite explanation would have been more than enough. Customer service should be respectful, and unfortunately this experience fell well below the standard I would expect.

  They change the fuel prices when they feel like it. One price on the board, then it's changed by the time you enter. Surely that not legal!
