  They allow you to select a collection time at 1pm even though the office closes at 1pm. I am not sure how they expected that to work. I arrived and the office was already closed. I called and they refunded my booking… except I had already spent hundreds of pounds on bookings I can only reach by car. Stupid. I will be suing for my costs.

  Helpful staff, very friendly. We rented an electric car and the lovely person who checked us in actually gave us a different car more suited for our trip as the electric one wasn't suitable. Love the location and how convenient it is to hire here. The car itself is always in great condition and clean. Lovely to drive.

  Overall good service but I’ve knocked off two stars due to the very narrow parking lot. I rented quite a large van and taking it up the spiral route to the top floor was very stressful. Fortunately I didn’t hit anything but it made drop off very stressful.
