  Nightmare experience with them. Made be upgrade the car because the car booked lacked the trunk space advertised. Forced to pay 260% more than my original booking. After I complained, tried to give me a partial refund. Manager never followed up and now ignores me. Will fill with my credit card company regarding practices.

  Check-in was smooth and the agent was extremely helpful at providing me options. I rented an EV and he was not confident that one charge would last my entire day. It took a bit longer than expected to have the vehicle ready, but the staff was courteous, professional, and did their best to get our family on the road. After returning the vehicle after hours, the checkout was smooth and I was not hit with any further charges. Overall, a great experience!

  Booked a last min car to bring family visiting south England last Sunday. Online booking took very little time and at collection all checks were completed in 10 minutes without a credit card. The lovely man at the desk was very polite and understanding. He also gave us a car upgrade for 24h after seeing the incredible amount of bags my family brought for a just a single day out. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure in the future.

  I dont usually leave reviews often. But I gotta say thaf the staff was very professional. The way he treats customers was very calm, thoughtful, and kind. He explained every single step of how to avoid congestion charge, what to add more, what to remove from the options, which car is better for our family and luggages, and how to get to the car park(about 2mins from the office). Even though I was not that much fluent in English, the whole conversation was easy to understand because he spoke gently and slowly. In overall, it was the perfect experience that I have ever had in rental car company. Thank you!

I rented a Mini Cooper from 20 July to 23 July 2026, with pickup at 1:00 PM from the Victoria Station branch. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and professional. This experience reinforced my belief that it’s always better to rent from well-known and reputable companies like Sixt rather than choosing cheaper, unknown providers that may surprise customers with hidden or last-minute charges. A very special thank you to the two staff members who were on duty at around 1:00 PM at the Victoria Station Sixt booth. They were extremely cooperative, patient, and professional. They guided me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire rental process stress-free. Their excellent customer service truly made a positive difference. The Mini Cooper was in great condition, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that I will be a permanent Sixt customer and would happily recommend Sixt to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car rental company.
