  Had a great time renting from this branch for the first time (I’ve used the one that used to be inside Westfield a few times before) Service was nice and quick from Vasco and dropping the car back after office hours was completely painless. Well recommended!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seamless experience and great service! Had a fantastic experience renting with Sixt at the Stratford branch ! The pickup process was super fast and efficient from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful Riz and Ahmed include in Aziz and provided us with a fantastic vehicle upgrade tailored perfectly to our needs. Excellent customer service and zero hassle—highly recommend! Thanks Aziz Riz Ahmed

  This whole experience was the worst in terms of customer service. I arranged to pick-up my car from the Stratford International station shop at 4pm ( confirmed by Sixt) only to find out the shop was closed at no fault of my own. If the shop closes at 4pm, Sixt should not be allowing customers to pick-up their cars at that time. The employees should be allowed to leave at their contractual hours. I feel like they treat their employees the same way they treat their customers. From the point onwards, customer service was awful, unprofessional and a behaviour way below the standards of professionalism. This fact cost me financially in terms of the cost of renting the car and hotel bookings The only sign of brightness in all this mess is Riz, I believe the store manager, who should be the example in terms of understanding the issue and level of professionalism. He was the only one willing to understand and help with the issue. He is an example of how the rest of the employees should approach issues that have nothing to do with the customers. If I could, I would add negative stars for this review. It only gets two stars because of Riz.

  This is my first time renting from SIXT. Our family of 5 were staying in Aparthotel adagio in Stratford. The location of Sixt was just a few minutes walk from our hotel. I had a wonderful experience with SIXT Stratford International. Special shout out to Azz for going all out to help us. Couldn’t thank you more. We returned the car at London Heathrow Terminal 4. The location of SIXT besides Hilton hotel was also convenient. We met Kareem who just happened to deliver a car for another customer and he helped us return the car. Special thanks to Kareem for making the return process quick, smooth, and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this branch and will definitely rent from them again

  My partner and I recently rented a vehicle from this company, and unfortunately, it was a thoroughly stressful and frustrating experience. During our rental period, we incurred three traffic/congestion penalties. We fully take responsibility for these and have no issue paying the fine amounts directly. However, what we find entirely unacceptable is that the company charged us three separate £40 administrative fees—a total of £120—just to process these notices. When we reached out to request that these fees be waived—or at least reduced given the circumstances—the customer service team flatly refused. Key issues with our experience: Excessive Admin Charges: Charging £40 per notice on top of existing fines feels predatory and excessive for automated administrative tasks. Lack of Transparency: Even though we purchased full protection/coverage for the rental, there was zero clear advice or transparency provided to us at pickup regarding how local charges (like central London congestion fees) or penalties were handled. A warning or heads-up at check-in would have gone a long way. Poor Customer Relations: Having previously rented from companies like Enterprise—where billing, central area charges, and customer support were handled seamlessly without issues—the rigid and unhelpful approach from this company stands out in the worst way possible. The staff at the physical pickup location were nice and polite, but the company's overall policies, rigid refusal to show any goodwill specially at our first time renting from them, and heavy administrative surcharge ruined the experience. We will not be using this service again and would advise others—especially those driving in central areas—to book with a company that values transparency and fair customer treatment instead.
