  This is the worst car rental company I have ever encountered. I thought everything was settled when I returned the car, but a few days later, a host of issues cropped up—specifically regarding toll fines that the average tourist wouldn't even know about. On top of that, they slapped on an extra "administrative fee" for handling the fine, which is completely unreasonable. The government issues the fines; what business is it of yours? Are you all in cahoots with the government to fleece tourists? I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company—it will ruin your mood and drain your wallet. Please think twice before renting from them!😠

  Scammed (for the second time with this agency and location in particular). Unfortunately lesson not learned. Please Avoid. Booked a XC90 with a 7 seater only to be downgraded by them 24 hours before to a X5 5-seater. Which also costs much cheaper. Worse is they made me pay 99 GBP for 24-hour prior cancellation for their non-availability. Now I see tons of similar reviews as mine all over their SIXT locations - wish I had seen it before. Seems like a scamming culture by them to book their revenues and cheat people off their hard earned money and weeks of proper travel itinerary planning. Avoid this agency and save yours precious time and money.

  Great experience: child car seats above expectations, manager suggested a better car with a discount, showed both cars and explained why the trunk is smaller in hybrid car, helped with Apple CarPlay connection and Google Maps setup to avoid toll roads and Central London fee.

  I tried to give 10 stars, wouldn't let me. Excellent service, excellent cars in excellent condition with a great price. A special thanks to Issa (I hope I spelt it corretly) for guiding me through the process and making sound judgement calls on my behalf to help me.

  Expensive car rental but worth it. Needed a car rental for 24 hours for a large family and was able to make a reservation here for the size of the vehicle we needed. Finding the location was easy and pickup went smoothly. We were able to discuss the car I was picking up and upgrade it to a larger model, at a large discount to what I would have needed to pay if I was making a from scratch reservation. Getting out of the car park was easy as well. The car itself was a little dirty inside, it could have had a more intensive clean but no issue otherwise really. Returning the car the next day was just as easy. Getting into the car park was easy enough despite traffic around the station, and we found an easy space to get into which is important in a VW Multivan! Handed the keys over and got a final invoice quickly enough. I'd be happy to rent from here again.
