I had booked a Q3 category vehicle and was amazed to be handed a 2026 Audi Q3 with just 10 miles on the clock. It was literally a brand new car, and I was even told I was the first customer to drive it!
The car was perfect, the collection process was quick and easy, and it made our trip absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
Thank you, Daisy, and the entire Sixt team for such an outstanding experience. I’ll definitely be renting from this branch again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and top quality vehicles. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience with SIXT! A big thank you to Daisy for all her help. She was welcoming, professional, and made the whole pickup process quick and easy. I really appreciated the upgrade to a brand-new car, and it made my trip even more special. The car was excellent, and I enjoyed every mile of the journey. Daisy's positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. She's a real credit to the SIXT team. I'll definitely be renting from SIXT again!

somewhat happy with their experience overall. praise their friendly, professional, and efficient staff, highlighting excellent service during both pickup and drop-off. Many appreciate the smooth and quick process for collecting and retand returning vehicles, often noting the helpfulness of employees. The availability of good cars and the overall ease of service are also commonly mentioned positive aspects.
However, also note ssues with unexpected charges, particularly for alleged damages or administrative fees for fines and tolls, which can significantly increase the overall cost. There are also reports of dissatisfaction with customer service regarding unresolved issues, broken promises, and a lack of responsiveness. Additionally, some people experienced problems with vehicle downgrades or being charged for services they did not request
AVOID! These people are scammers.
They tried to charge me £600 for a scratch that already was documented in the rental agreement. Read the 1 star reviews for more people with the same complaint - they clearly do this on purpose.
I have rented from them several times in the past and now this happened. Congrats SIXT you have lost a loyal customer with your shenanigans. Shame on you!

Hired twice from the St Pancras branch (and already have a third trip booked) - been a brilliant experience both times. Easy to find, and convenient that it's outside the congestion zone.
Very friendly service, went through everything clearly and ensured we had a comfortable car for our trips. Ended up getting a different car than booked both times, but absolutely no complaints - was very pleased with the alternatives. Both in pristine condition and drove very well. Allowed me to try an EV which I've never used, but was very impressed with!
Return was very easy, just park up and go - handy that you can do out of hours returns. The refuel service is great with the EV, saves waiting around somewhere before the return - maybe less of an issue with a petrol/diesel, but really makes it that bit easier (and still works out less than petrol or diesel).
Tends to cost a little more with Sixt than other companies, but for the quality of the service and cars, it's worth it, particularly for occasional trips. Looking forward to our next trip!
