  Provided with a car that was used by a smoker and had a dirty interior. Requested an exchange, advised to arrive for collection (72 hours), staff unaware, no vehicle available. Re-arranged replacement vehicle, would be personally delivered, expected in next 48 hours. Branch not answering phone number provided, contacted Customer Services, who won't permit direct contact with staff at Shepherds Bush. Now advised vehicle not available until the following Monday. No advisement from Shepherds Bush. No phone call, no apology. Not my first complaint about Sixt, great cars, shit service. And never responded to previous customer experience complaints when hiring from Battersea Power Station . Suggest you call and explain yourselves, before I visit in person.

  Had a good experience with these guys. Very helpful in how to set up everything. When it got to the point of getting the keys, we were upgraded to a different car, a better one, that had enough space for our stroller. Besides that, we had really good service from Asif, who helped us through the booking and getting everything sorted. Thank you Sixt and Asif!!

  Very poor customer service. If there is a mistake with a booking made through the app, they cannot fix it or offer a solution. They only ask for information without actually helping. Very frustrating experience.

  Amazing staff! Amarr not only helped me out when I showed up late for my reservation, but did everything he could to still make sure myself and my niece had everything we needed. He even walked us out. Help me get my phone set up get her car seat situated loaded my bags. Hands-down the best car service I have received! I would highly recommend to everybody.

  Genuinely the best rental experience I've had. I had a Sixt+ subscription with a BMW 5 Series through the Shepherd's Bush branch, and the team there made the whole thing effortless from start to finish. Collection was quick, the car was spotless, and every question I had was answered properly. Special thank you to Nauman and Sen. Both went well beyond what I expected. They were patient, friendly and genuinely helpful, and they sorted everything without any fuss. That kind of service is rare and it made a real difference. The return was just as smooth. No stress, no waiting around, everything closed off cleanly. If you're renting in London, go here. Five stars, and thank you again to Nauman and Sen.
