I requested Paul the manager as of his denial to hand me the prepaid reserved car, that has been reserved and prepaid through customer service to send me and email of him requesting to cancel my reservation AND FOR THE REASON FOR THAT, They promised me that Paul the manager will send me and email for his refusal and his request to have reservation cancel, and another email with him issuing a refund of the FULL AMOUNT. And AFTER 4 days I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS AND THE BOOKING STILL SHOWS IN MY SIXT APP AS ACTIVE AND STILL SHOWS THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT. The reason behind this delay, he have no reason to specify. If Paul the manager sent me an Email with the reason for his denial to hand me my prepaid rental agreement car, I WILL DELETE THIS REVIEW. Notice after leaving the SIXT park lane branch I headed to SIXT heathrow branch and rented a car from them, the process took less than 15 minutes, WITH NO ISSUES. Iam a regular SIXT customer since 2014, every summer all my car rentals are from SIXT, never had any issues with SIXT. They are my favorite car rental company.
