  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service at SIXT Park Lane! I had an excellent experience with the SIXT Park Lane team in London. Despite my flight being delayed by 90 minutes, the staff kindly waited for my arrival and ensured a smooth vehicle collection. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism. Initially, I received a Peugeot 5008 GT, which unfortunately did not quite meet my expectations of a premium vehicle. Some important comfort and technology features were missing, and the navigation system was particularly unreliable, repeatedly directing me onto incorrect or restricted roads. I therefore requested a vehicle change, and the team handled the situation exceptionally well. The entire process was smooth, professional and customer-focused. I was provided with a Volvo, which fully met my expectations of a premium vehicle. Special thanks to Mr. Tesfay, who arranged the vehicle exchange and made sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. His dedication, helpfulness and excellent customer service deserve particular recognition. Although the original vehicle was disappointing, the outstanding service turned the experience into a very positive one. Highly recommended! I would gladly rent from SIXT Park Lane again.

  Congestion Zone needs to be clearly explained and I don’t understand why it’s not billed as a standard toll through SIXT. Terrible way to handle this. If you are from the states make sure the rental agency walks you through this clearly. For the price I paid in fines, I could have just hired a driver for the day with my rental price and saved the headache of driving in London. 2 stars the rental process was at least smooth.

  Excellent experience in renting out Skoda Superb Estate with Sixt. The car was in excellent condition and the staff was super friendly. Process from receiving the car till final delivery was extremely smooth.

  Booked a car to rent a couple of months in advance. When I showed up and gave my license (UK) to collect the car I was rejected on the spot. When asked for a reason why they simply couldn’t give me one due it being “restricted” on their end. Further to this, my license on the SIXT app was approved prior to the pick up. Was left hung out to dry by SIXT and was very frustrated. They should have done their checks earlier in advance (especially because my license was approved on the app). I was left scrabbling sorting out an alternative mode of transport. Whilst the man at the counter was apologetic and “understood” my position, its bloody ridiculous.
