  Zeer vriendelijke werknemers. Was ook kort bij mijn verblijf in Paddington. Ik had de full option verzekering genomen omdat ik niet gewend ben in Engeland te rijden en maar goed ook want op een gegeven moment werd ik naar de kant van de weg "geduwd" door een taxi waardoor ik een velg beschadigde. Wat het extra balen maakte was dat het op enkele meters van het inleverpunt gebeurd was. Dit was gelukkig gecovered door de verzekering. Ik had de nieuwe elektrische Mercedes CLA gekregen, wat echt wel een zeer fijne auto is. En als je elektrisch rijdt moet je de ULEZ charge niet betalen, enkel de Congestion Charge.

  I want to give a big shout out to the team at SIXT Marylebone. I’d just had a really stressful experience with Enterprise nearby long wait, no communication, and a rude manager — and walked into SIXT needing a car at very short notice. The gentleman who helped me (I didn’t catch his name, but he was working on July 10 at the Marylebone branch) was fantastic. He was patient, understanding of the situation I’d just come from, and worked to find me a car at a genuinely good price given how last-minute it was. In the end I didn’t actually need to go through with the rental, but the way he handled everything calmly, helpfully, and without any of the attitude I’d just experienced elsewhere has completely changed my view of where I’ll rent from in future. It’s rare to get that level of service when someone’s clearly stressed and in a rush. Next time I need a car, SIXT Marylebone will be my first call. If anyone from the branch reads this, the guy working on July 10 deserves real recognition.
