- JDJai Dongre6 days ago1.0Absolute trash experience. Their system messed up so we couldnt pick up a car we had booked and paid for. No email or phone agent was helpful, no apology at all. Apparently happens often. Don’t risk it here
- MMMarijus MaceviciusSep 28, 20261.0I do not recommend renting a car from this place. Why? 1. I booked a petrol VW Passat (or similar), as our family of five with five suitcases wanted to travel around the UK, but we received a small electric Citroën C3, which was uncomfortable for the trip!!! 2. We were not given a "similar" car!!! 3. Instead of a petrol car, we got an electric one! Over a journey of just 320 miles (approx. 515 km), we had to charge it four times—for 30 minutes each time!!!! 4. There was no charging cable in the car!!! 5. We didn't make it to our planned destinations; instead, we spent our time looking for charging stations and waiting for the car to charge!!! We rented the car for a day and a half, and wasted 2 to 2.5 hours looking for a place to charge and actually charging it. My family was very unhappy, and I am angry that they felt so disappointed.

I didn’t find the car i booked although i booked luxury car and when i returned the car , the kept it un-returned for 3 days until they sent me final notice!!! This was extremely stressful and screwed up my day for their own mistake.
