  تعاملت مع الشركة مرتين ولكن هذا التقييم خاص لفرع لندن بالذات اللي بالمطار وسأكتب ما حدث. حجزت سياره من مطار هيثرو وكانت بي ام كهربائية بعد ما خلصت اجراء الاستلام سالته عن كيفيت دفع رسوم ازدحام لندن وكان جوابه اسال عنها الفندق بفيدك وتوكلت ، السياره من اول يوم احاول اشحنها ما تشحن ضنيت انه المشكله من بطايقتي او ما تقبل اي دفع من دول ثانيه إلى ان جاء شخص بريطاني وحاول وبعد ما فاد وكان ثالث يوم وباقي عن الشحن 30‎%‎ غير اني ضيعت وقت كبير احاول اشحن السياره إلى ان قررت ارجع السياره وكان باقي لها يومين وقبل إرجاعها بيوم كنت عندهم بفرع ملبور وكان عندهم شحن تركت السياره ساعتين على شحن عادي ما زاد لي حبه وفوق هذا ما يت الشركة وعوضتني على ارجاع السياره بوقت مبكر بسبب خطا مب مني واتفاجا بانهم سحبوا 1200 درهم عباره عن مخالفتين زحمة لندن وكانت الرسوم 90مخالفه + 40 رسوم إداريه بإجمالي 130 باوند خذوها مرتين

  Superb service by staff at Marylebone, London. Only setback is when you face a problem like getting a replacement car thru the customer service. It takes you all over with so much repetition and no solution n conclusion. Worst was the one customer service in the Philippines. Do not understand the issue , bad comprehension of English and basically no training in responding to clients. I was made to hold and passed around for an hour. The next morning call was channelled to a customer service personnel in Colombia . His name is Miguel. Very understanding and knows his job well. Very efficient n delivered Please vet thru your customer service personnel as my experience with those ones especially from Philippines will give a very negative view for Sixt

  The employee Abdullah was excellent, friendly, and very helpful. He provided outstanding service and gave us valuable advice throughout every step of the booking process. He truly deserves a high rating.

  Poor operational management and communication. I arrived at 9:30 AM to collect my vehicle. Despite opening at 8:00 AM, Sixt Marylebone was closed. A representative finally arrived 25 minutes later, claiming he was working because his colleague was sick. However, I saw another Sixt employee in the garage soon after. While the morning delay was frustrating, the billing and administration issues were worse. I returned the vehicle the exact same evening, well within the rental period. Despite this, Sixt flagged the return as 3 days overdue. It required multiple calls and messages on my part to repeatedly confirm the vehicle had already been dropped off before the issue was finally rectified. Unreliable service and completely disorganised vehicle tracking. Avoid this branch if you need a seamless rental.

  What a disgraceful excuse from a global company. I have used an extensive array of hire car businesses throughout my working career and this one top the list for the worst ever experienced. I’m very annoyed, not regarding the hiring of the vehicle nor the customer service experience, the issue was receiving a brand new vehicle that was not correctly detailed rendering it non roadworthy. We hired this vehicle from the Marylebone yard, customer service advised that the vehicle was brand new (4 miles on the clock) which was well received until it broke down 1 mile from the yard. We waited 3 hours to receive assistance to find out the reason for the failure was no coolant in the reservoir. If you hire vehicles then your responsibility is to ensure your vehicles are roadworthy. I will have the pleasure of laughing and bagging your company across my extended network.
