  Louis was absolutely fantastic. He upgraded our vehicle at no extra cost and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us excellent advice throughout the rental process. He is extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service to his customers. His passion for his work really shows. I highly recommend this agency.   Using this service was simple and easy. The guy who assisted us was great, but a shame I cannot remember his name. Maybe Abdul, or Adam. Im not so sure but he was understanding and helpful, easy to talk to and made things a lot simpler for me. Id definitely book here again. Thankyou to the man at the front desk who was working before 1:30pm Saturday- monday 🙏🙏🙏

  The manager Louis is an absolute diamond. Made me feel very welcome and could not do enough to ensure everything was as it should be. The loss of a star is down to the fact that this branch is within the congestion charge zone and when cars are returned, the customer has to pay the congestion charge unless dropped off outside if those hours. Something Louis has no control over. Otherwise, I highly recommend this branch of Sixt

  Absolutely fantastic experience renting from Sixt! Luiz went above and beyond to help us friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient from start to finish. He made the whole rental process quick and stress-free, answered all our questions, and made sure we drove off happy. If you're renting from this location, ask for Luiz 10/10 service!   Been renting with Sixt across the globe and finally tried it in the UK. The pick up and return process was fine, however, Sixt made an unauthorised charge of £100 two weeks after the return without any reasons or communications provided. After enquiring the unauthorised charge with the Sixt customer service team, Sixt was unable to find any charge of £100 related to the booking nor provide any reasonable explanations. Sixt also did not respond or provide any updates after the inital email contact. Unfortunately we have completely lost our trust in Sixt and would avoid them going forward.
