  Avoid! Lost two days out of 10 day road trip because of faulty cars and them forgetting about my reservation! Had a rental reserved car reserved, months in advance. On the day the reservation was overlooked (attendant admitted that himself) and no replacement at the station. It took them about 3hours to find another car. That replacement was faulty - AC was so bad that half of us had problems during the heatwave in summer. Took us another 3 hours and 2 other stations to find a replacement that wasn’t faulty. Last replacement was a serious downgrade but at least we were not suffering as much as before. Lost about 2 days out of a ten day road trip for finding a replacement (no useful support with their faulty cars) and adjusting our itinerary around downgraded car. No accountability from Sixt, no help and no compensation for time lost, although everything was admitted to by their attendants here at Hammersmith. Sixt did an incorrect fuelling charge though. But that was taken back after multiple calls and emails. Was a Sixt customer for 15 years. That’s definitely stopped

  The service here was incredible, the guy really cares about customer service and made it an absolute pleasure.

  Hired a car from friendly and helpful staff. One small issue was resolved helpfully. The electric car was one of the better ones I have hired/driven and was essentially a new car. Good rate from Hammersmith and perfect stepping off for a trip to Cotswolds.

  Don't rent a car here! 1. The car was not clean. 2. The car smelled of cigarets. 3. They claimed damages, which did not happen during my use of the car. This is not what I would expect from a reputable rental company.
