  I called this number (which I learned now is a service number) to make a booking, and my phone provider now has charged me £22 for using this number. Sixt takes the large portion of this as part of their revenue and I won't be using this service.

  worst car rental experience ever. Arrived for car collection at 8:30am for car collection (the google and the website says this branch opens at 8am), but there was no one in the store, and the door is locked. I called the customer service, and they said they had no idea why the branch is not open, but they can’t provide me any solution to this problem, and they recommend me to keep waiting. I asked if I could get the car from another nearby branch such as the Stratford branch, and they said it will incur extra charge. After waiting for 1.5 hour, the shop was still closed, so I decided to cancel the order. I called the customer service again, and the first two agents said they cannot provide me the refund for the cancellation, which is absolutely ridiculous. It was only until my third phone call to the customer service team that they finally agreed to give me the full refund for the cancellation. That’s not even the end of the story. They wanted me to cancel on the app, but when I tried to do that, the app keeps prompting “try another time”. So I literally have to make another call to cancel my booking. Will never book again from here. The management and the customer service were jokes.

  escroqué en janvier 2026... les dommages communiqués 24 h apres la resitution sans probleme, se sont réduits à un seul lorsque j'ai produit des photos prises par moi sur le parking... en effet une trace sur le dessus du pare-choc était dans l'ombre du reverbere, alors j'ai du payer...200-ish €....A éviter absolument

  I've rented from Sixt at London City Airport several times and the experience has always been excellent.
