Arrived for car collection at 8:30am for car collection (the google and the website says this branch opens at 8am), but there was no one in the store, and the door is locked. I called the customer service, and they said they had no idea why the branch is not open, but they can’t provide me any solution to this problem, and they recommend me to keep waiting. I asked if I could get the car from another nearby branch such as the Stratford branch, and they said it will incur extra charge. After waiting for 1.5 hour, the shop was still closed, so I decided to cancel the order. I called the customer service again, and the first two agents said they cannot provide me the refund for the cancellation, which is absolutely ridiculous. It was only until my third phone call to the customer service team that they finally agreed to give me the full refund for the cancellation. That’s not even the end of the story. They wanted me to cancel on the app, but when I tried to do that, the app keeps prompting “try another time”. So I literally have to make another call to cancel my booking. Will never book again from here. The management and the customer service were jokes.
