  Renter BEWARE - I have never experienced such truly atrocious customer service across any sector. This rental location is in the London congestion zone, meaning it's impossible not to incur the congestion cost on the day you drive it out, as well as the day you drive it in. In NONE of the booking emails does it tell you that it is the responsibility of the renter to INDEPENDENTLY pay for the congestion charge (this excludes the first day, which adds to the confusion since you see the fee on your invoice). This is buried in the online T&C. I've lived in London for 10 years, and rented cars throughout that period, and have never had to do this (nor have I have had to do this in the numerous other countries I have rented cars). I wouldn't even know if payment machines exist. Despite such unbelievably poor customer information, SIXT has applied 3 separate fines to my credit card (each £130, resulting in me paying multiples of my rental fee): - first fine (£90 TfL fine + £40 SIXT processing fee): for a fine applied by TfL for not paying the congestion fee on day 1 THAT SIXT CHARGED ME FOR and I paid in my initial invoice. It took multiple weeks of SIXT fobbing me off before they conceded this was incorrect. I had to point this out to them, despite the fact that they included £40 for SIXT to "process" the fine - unclear what that processing team does if not consider whether the fine is appropriately charged to a customer. - second fine (£90 TfL fine + £40 SIXT processing fee): for a fine applied by TfL for not paying the congestion fee on day 2 when I had no knowledge of an obligation to pay the congestion fee myself (vs via SIXT). I was just returning the car to the same location that I collected it. - third fine (£90 TfL fine + £40 SIXT processing fee): for driving on a road that it turns out had a toll (but no toll booth). I would have been happy to pay the toll fee but SIXT didn't flag it, and just applied the fine plus their convenient processing fee. I am shocked beyond words that any company could get away with making ZERO effort for customers to know they have to do something as unexpected as independently paying fees (online? at a box somewhere? who knows) that are linked to a car that they don't own. SIXT must be making a fortune on their "processing" fees - I will never rent from SIXT again and strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. Their utter apathy in their reply emails is also the worst I have ever seen.

  i like the service for my trip to 7 sisters. Hes really helpful on guiding us the best plan to go somewhere countryside.

  I’m changing my review scam and hidden fees ! Since I came back I got charged for random stuff and it costed me over 3,000$ Canadian just for a car for one day and half. Never again.
