  Exceptional customer service.Great quality car, brand new BMW M3, Hybrid. I dealt with Deon at the desk, she explained everything clearly regarding directions to pick up the vehcile, drop off and collection of the keys. Deon was a pleasure to deal with. I even booked another car for the following week.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Sixt. From the moment I collected the car, the service was unhelpful and unwelcoming, with little direction or support from the desk staff. As someone visiting the UK on holiday to explore, this was not the experience I expected. Things got worse after returning the vehicle, when I was presented with a disputed damage claim for what I believe is a tiny scratch, with repair costs that seem completely disproportionate. Neither collection nor return involved a proper walk-around inspection with a staff member, yet I am now left dealing with this stressful situation and chasing responses. The lack of communication, support and transparency has been incredibly frustrating. I chose Sixt expecting a professional service, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company. I would think twice before renting from them again.

  A very bad experience with my last booking. I want to share the bad experience I had with my last booking. I've booked from this branch several times before and always had a great experience and good customer service. Unfortunately, this last time was poor, and it got even worse afterwards. Before my booking, I received a call from the Battersea office asking whether I needed a 7-seater SUV or just a big car. I explained that I only needed a 6-seater, and she confirmed that the car I had booked would be ready. On the day I went to pick it up, no one told me I'd been given a different car until I got to the car park. It was a massive van, in very poor condition, and not the car I had booked. I called the office straight away and asked for the car I had booked or a similar one. At first they said they didn't have my car. When I pointed out other similar cars in the car park, I was told I would need to pay extra. I explained that rental companies normally upgrade customers free of charge when the mistake is theirs. I then spoke with the supervisor and expressed my frustration. She said she would escalate it. I told her I didn't believe anything would be done, and she promised it would and that I wouldn't need to chase her. Of course, nothing happened. I've emailed them several times and no one has replied. That alone was a very poor experience, but the worst happened last night, when I was debited more than £6,000, plus another charge of £256. At first it looked like a scam, but then I received several emails saying I hadn't returned the car. My booking ended more than two months ago! I was also charged for extra miles, which I didn't do. Imagine the stress of having such a large sum taken from your account and having to contact the company to sort it out. Luckily, I always keep proof, so I have evidence of when I returned the car and of the mileage. How can a big international company be this bad? How, in a car park with no more than 20 cars, can they claim I didn't return the car? Now I'm going through the stress of sorting it out with my bank and emailing and chatting with the company. It feels like a proper scam. I'm so disappointed. This last experience has made me not want to use Sixt anymore, especially after this latest event. A horrible experience.

  Great value cars - they are always almost new and spotlessly clean - Dion who served me this time was extremely helpful and made the whole process a delight
