  절대 여기 (이 지점 뿐만 아니라 SIXT 자체의 문제인 것 같지만) 이용하지 마세요... 렌트카 1달 전에 예약했는데요. 예약 시간 20분 전에 차 준비 안되어 있으니 카운터로 오라고 앱 notification 받아서 갔더니 Digital Branch라 일단 사람이 없고 서비스 센터 연결하는 데도 한참이고 결국 1시간 날리고 기차 타고 갑니다. Sixt, 소중한 제 시간을 낭비 해주시고 여행 계획을 모두 망쳐주셔서 감사해요!!

  Made a booking on line - showed plenty of availability - received confirmation. Only to receive an email asking for a call back. I was informed there were no cars available. When I asked why I was allowed to book online I was politely told it happened far too often. Poor staff at Sixt they must get a LOT of angry clients. What a shame.

  We had a great experience with Sixt Knightsbridge, especially thanks to Juan. The pick-up process was very smooth, and the parking was very easy to access. Juan was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and provided us with a car that was perfectly suited to our family. The vehicle was also brand new, which was a real bonus. Overall, we 100% recommend Sixt Knightsbridge. The value for money is unbeatable. We already know where we will rent our car next time.

  ★☆☆☆☆ I am a Sixt Diamond member who has rented 5 times in the past 2-3 months alone and countless times over the years before that. What happened at this location yesterday was the single worst rental experience I have ever had - and the aftermath has been even worse. I arrived to collect my car at 10:30AM. Due to Sixt’s failure to register the vehicle’s license plate in their own system, I spent almost an hour trapped underground in a freezing car park at 4 degrees. I missed an appointment. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Sixt’s own agents - on international calls that cost me close to £100 - while random strangers tried to help us get out. I finally drove off at 11:30AM. I returned the car less than 7 hours later with 80% fuel remaining, having had no time to refuel given the hour I lost. I was then charged £39 for fuel - at a rate of over £3.30 per litre, more than double the actual pump price - as a penalty for not returning it full. When I raised this, I was passed between multiple agents, one of whom disconnected the chat mid-conversation after I made clear I would not be paying. I raised a formal complaint with Sixt’s global customer service team. The response was to decline every single request I made and hide behind policy - despite every cost and inconvenience being a direct result of their own mistake. Do not rent from this location. Do not trust that Sixt will take care of you when things go wrong. This is coming from someone who has been a loyal customer for years and will never rent from Sixt again.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
