- SHSteven HuSep 26, 20261.0I’m loyal to SIXT for 3 years. And I never experienced it so badly like this time before. I had a reservation to pick up at 9am, but I didn’t receive any instructions email or QR code to pick up the key. Then I started to contact the customer service, which was all handled by AI, I had to wait for the real person to solve this problem. After 20 mins, they just let me call and get the instructions for the next step. But that was already 9:30. I wasted my 30 mins to solve this problem, but in the end it wasn’t solved. Then I asked to cancel the reservation, but they needed to charge me £99 and the customer said it was not their fault either. This is ridiculous, I will never ever support SIXT again!

- JAJose AlegriaSep 3, 20261.0Horrible experience. QR code didn’t work, nor the code sent to me. I couldn’t find the car. Machine didn’t give me the car, called support and they couldn’t help me. Had to walk to another branch, 23 minutes away. All sweat they told me I had to go to Victoria. Very poor service. Gave me the car 2 hours after the intended time.
