  Took over an hour to get car. Cars not ready and first car offered was completely filthy dirty with thick tree sap that was also all over the windows. Second car much better but was low on gas and also not clean. Lack of staff and no sense of any urgency to get us into a car. Excruciatingly slow, but attendant was friendly and very apologetic.

  Just so that people are aware - the fact that you make a reservation (a week or a month from the actual pick up) does not mean that National will guarantee that you would have a car. I have less than 24 hours to my pickup time and people are still not sure if they would have a car to give (the answer I am being given is “50/50”). Will keep this updated for next developments….

  Excellent help from Sal, Thomas, and George, with speedy, helpful service that resulted in my being able to drive away without any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enterprise Paddington branch to all.
