Had an exceptionally smooth and wonderful experience visiting the Genesis Studio at London Westfield Mall today... From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and entirely pressure-free. The studio layout itself is beautifully designed, showcasing their gorgeous lineup of luxury vehicles in a very modern, calming space. >A massive thank you to Bikash, who accompanied us on our test drive of the new Genesis GV70. He truly redefined what a car test drive should be! Instead of rushing or watching the clock, Bikash took his time, encouraged us to take a proper route onto the motorways, and told us to enjoy the car for as long as we needed (surpassing an hour!). Throughout the drive, he was remarkably knowledgeable, patiently walking us through every single feature, answering all our questions, and providing fantastic insights about the car's performance. If you are visiting the Genesis Westfield studio, ask for Bikash—he is a credit to the brand. Exceptional hospitality, a stunning car, and a stellar customer journey from start to finish! 🚗✨

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I got to sit down and see the interior of the car, and play music. If you are looking for a reliable car that comes with a back massage, definitely get one from Genesis. Outstanding customer service from Bikash!!!!!
