I have had the pleasure of visiting the Battersea Genesis studio on Friday. The overall experience was really great with no hard selling. Yordan was patient to let me try 2 of their electric SUVs and now I have some thinking to do - before I decide! Would thoroughly recommend anyone considering their next car.

We were having a walk with my friend and decided to have a look to Genesis cars. My friend was a bit shy to talk to help assistants, however Lina made our day, by showing us every car, explaining and making it very comfortable for us. Thank you Lina! Great experience

I honestly had such an amazing experience at Genesis Studio Battersea. From the moment I walked in, the difference in customer service was immediately noticeable. I had previously visited Polestar Battersea and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience there. I found the staff to be quite uninterested and I didn’t feel particularly welcomed or looked after as a customer. Because of that experience, I wasn’t expecting much when I visited another automotive showroom in Battersea. Genesis completely changed that impression. The team at Genesis Studio were incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. They actually took the time to speak to me, understand what I was looking for and make me feel like a genuinely valued customer rather than someone simply walking into a showroom. There was no pressure whatsoever, and the whole experience felt relaxed, premium and personal. What stood out to me most was the attention to detail. The staff were knowledgeable about the cars and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You could genuinely tell that they cared about the customer experience. The studio itself is also fantastic. It feels much more like a luxury experience than a traditional car showroom, and the presentation of the cars is excellent. Everything felt modern, sophisticated and very well thought out. After having such a poor experience at Polestar Battersea, I was genuinely surprised by how different my experience at Genesis was. It really showed me that the quality of a premium car brand isn't just about the car itself — the customer service makes a huge difference too. A massive thank you to the Genesis Battersea team for making the experience so enjoyable. This is exactly the level of service I would expect from a premium automotive brand, and they absolutely delivered. I would happily return and would definitely recommend visiting Genesis Studio Battersea if you're considering one of their cars.
