I had a few issues with my car when I first picked it up, but the team were super friendly and really helpful - when I phoned I spoke with the guys and they rectified my issues and I was happy with the resolutions offered. Nothing seemed too much hassle which is unusual these days! Shout out to Ben, Izzu, Nas, Christine & MK for helping me! Everyone is always friendly in the office when you go to collect/return your car, the team is v professional and the customer service was 10/10! I would have given 5 stars but I believe there is always room for improvement! Thank you again guys keep up the good work :)

Pros: The staff was courteous, the car was clean, pick-up was available on time
Cons: The car was a tad bit smaller than what we were expecting. After returning the car, we were asked to leave the premises while we were waiting for our Uber. Rather strange and not something we’ve experienced at the other branches.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Woolwich Enterprise branch.
We arrived at our scheduled pickup time and were initially told that our car was ready. However, after completing all the paperwork, we were taken to a vehicle that was clearly not ready for rental. The car was dirty both inside and out and smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was shocking that a vehicle in this condition was presented to a customer as being ready to go.
When we pointed out that the car was unclean, the staff member acted surprised, as though they had no idea about its condition. The vehicle was then taken away for cleaning, but it was returned after only 5–7 minutes (after cleaning picture attached). Unsurprisingly, the cleaning was nowhere near the standard I would expect from a reputable rental company.
As a result, we received the car approximately 45 minutes later than our booked pickup time. A rental vehicle should be cleaned, inspected, and ready before the customer’s collection time. When I raised this issue, nobody could provide a satisfactory explanation.
I suggested providing us with an alternative vehicle, but that request was effectively dismissed. Even more concerning was being told that if we were unhappy with the car, they could simply cancel our booking—but without offering any alternative solution. On a busy weekend, expecting customers to find another rental vehicle at short notice is completely unreasonable and highly unprofessional.
While some members of staff were polite and helpful, the individual who dealt with us throughout this situation was exceptionally rude. We even asked for their name so that we could leave accurate feedback, but this was refused.
Overall, this experience was defined by a dirty vehicle, poor customer service, and an unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude attitude. I expect much better from Enterprise and would think twice before using this branch again.

Car was dirty,not washed and long waiting time for car to arrive, which did not happen, as a result we had to be driven 30 min to another branch to get car and then didn't receive the car we booked online and when we requested another car or we
wanted to change our booking and upgrade , we were informed that no other car available.
