  We recently hired a car from Enterprise at the Woolwich branch and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. We were served by a young man named MK, whose customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, professional and more than happy to answer all our questions, making sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The entire experience was smooth, easy and stress-free, with great service throughout. The car we were given was a 2025 Vauxhall Grandland, and it was absolutely amazing to drive! A huge thank you to MK for making the experience so positive. We will definitely be returning to the Woolwich branch for future car rentals and would happily recommend this store to others. Thank you, Enterprise Woolwich, for such a great experience!

  Scammers. Make sure you read the Rental Contract ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Hidden costs that nobody says it out loud.

  I’d like to give a special thank you to Harthikan, who managed my booking and got me on the road quickly, and to Kish, who took care of everything when I dropped the car back. Both were brilliant to deal with. Despite being incredibly busy, they took the time to make sure everything was in order and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. It was great to experience some good old-fashioned customer service! Friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. Harthikan and Kish are a real credit to the team, and I really appreciate the effort they both made. Thank you!

  I’m meant to pick up at 13:00, the car was not ready until 13:32. The unfortunate part is the Woolwich branch needs to be shaken down, I have used enterprise before but this branch has no business ethics. My son forgot his Nintendo switch game at the back of the driver pocket and 10mins I went back the staff claimed not to see it. I showed them on my tracker the last time it was on was at enterprise compound but they failed to give it back to the little boy. “He said I am sad now, Jesus said not to lie”
