Why do you guys keep making unknown payments even after dozens of days have passed since the return was completed?
There is no notification of any details.
I've sent an email requesting the cost details to the customer center, so please reply quickly!!!

As experienced by many others, I booked to collect a long wheel base van here through the Enterprise website, confirmed the reservation the night before, only to arrive at 8am and be told no such vehicles were available, only smaller panel vans. No help was offered sourcing the correct vehicle, I was simply told I would have to take a smaller alternative, which I reluctantly accepted through necessity. Further to this, when my fully pre-paid booking was modified, I was told I now had an outstanding balance of more than double the original fee, which was only corrected when challenged and explained by me. Add to this the lengthy refund processing time, and it was a generally terrible customer service experience, with the only grace being that the van itself was fine. It's a shame there are so few alternatives to Enterprise in London for commercial van rental, but I will be sure to use a different provider in future unless Enterprise change to an honest, trustworthy booking system.

Friendly and supportive staff, great service in explaining the car and local requirements, and on return when filing a report for a crack in the window which was fortunately covered by the insurance chosen. Thanks again to Josiah for his warm, professional and helpful way of taking care of everything!
Terrible customer service the black and Asian girls behind the counter need to be fired and never work in a customer facing job ever again. Paid for my brother to hire a van on my debit card but under his name when my brother got there they acted all weird because the payment card used wasn’t in his name even though we have the same surname, so took a day off work and my brother traveled down from Milton Keynes for absolutely nothing, thanks a lot enterprise.

I rented a van from this branch for a moving I needed. I did my online check in via the app before I got to the office and when I got there, they just asked for my driving licence and the van was ready and waiting for me. I was on the road no more than 10 minutes after I arrived at the office. The price was very reasonable (£45 for a day's use + congestion charge). I returned it after the office was closed and I just parked it there and left the keys to a special box they have. The next day I even got a call to state that everything was OK, and that my £200 deposit would be returned. Overall, everything was great, Ethan's service was exceptional and I have nothing negative to comment. I will definitely be using them again.
