  Racist. 예약을 진행했고 예약 번호까지 받았음에도 불구하고, 차량이 없다도 4시간을 기다리라는 당당한 태도를 보였습니다. 인도계 매니저와 직원들 모두 뻔뻔하며, 정말 무례하였습니다. 차량 부족에 대해 사전에 안내를 하지 않았고 전혀 어떠한 전화나 이메일을 주지 않았음에도 뻔뻔하게 줬다라고 우깁니다. 절대 가지 마세요. 최악의 렌터카 오피스입니다.

  We hired a car last weekend - positive experience. It was a nice VW Taigo. The guy on reception on Saturday and Monday mornings (we didn't catch his name!!), was great. Friendly and helpful, explained everything to us and it was a positive experience. We did witness him handling an aggressive customer on Monday (the customer had forgotten his driving licence and was being aggressive/rude). He handled this tricky customer with grace, professionalism, calm and respect. If I was to offer any constructive feedback at all, it would be for staff members sitting at the desk at the back to come forward and support colleagues during busy periods to help things move smoothly. Though this is a minor point. Would recommend.

  Great experience with nas, customer service 10/10. You can sense he genuinely wants to help people so he definitely deserves some reward and recognition.

  I have had a terrible experience with the team at this branch. In summary, I was overcharged on my card for my rental and they are now ignoring my emails and calls and will not refund me the money. I have gone through two different Enterprise teams (customer service and damages) who both keep referring me back to the branch to resolve the issue. The branch are ignoring my attempts at contact. The issue is quite straightforward but the process for trying to resolve it is unworkable and circular with various teams at Enterprise all pointing the finger at one another and refusing to resolve the issue. Context: The van had gotten a flat tyre the day before I was due to return it, and because the AA were very slow to come and patch it so it could be returned, I returned it late on the day it was due for return. I reported the flat tyre the day before (for which they charged me £250 anyway) and again the morning of return, and was told by the branch I would not incur a late fee/additional charges (beyond the £250 additional for damages) for returning the vehicle given I had correctly reported the flat tyre incident and the AA were unable to attend in sufficient time to get the vehicle back when it was due. They then charged me for a full extra day’s hire and insurance later after I had returned the car, on top of the £250 for damages. It’s been more than 3 months of trying to get in touch to resolve this overcharge now. Don’t bother with this company if you can avoid it. Their processes are deliberately designed to make complaint resolution too difficult to pursue and they are making money this way. They’re comfortable taking money off your card and ignoring any attempts at trying to recover incorrect charges.
