I recently hired a car from Enterprise Sydenham and had to renew the car hire. However, I found the team really helpful, supportive and customer centric. Thank you. Overall, an Ok car! Great service! Great team!

I recently hired a car from Enterprise’s Sydenham branch. The car was almost brand new, as you’d expect from a company like Enterprise, but what really stood out was the exceptional level of customer service. Throughout the hire and return process, I interacted with at least six different members of staff. Two handled the collection and return, while the others either helped with my enquiries or simply took the initiative to ask if I needed anything. Without exception, every member of the team was professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. Their attitude and commitment to customer service were exemplary, and the entire team is a credit to the company. It’s refreshing to experience such consistently high standards of service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and genuinely cannot recommend the Sydenham branch highly enough. 10/10 from me.
