  Deceptive billing and poor customer service. I prepaid for a Class V4 large van under a promotion that included a free additional driver. At the desk, the agent refused to honor the promotion and added an unauthorized "V3 to V4 upgrade fee" on the final invoice just to give me the exact vehicle class I had already pre-paid for. I raised a formal complaint, but management failed to contact me within their promised 5-day window. Unethical desk practices—avoid.

  Great customer service from the team at the Sydenham branch. There was a small issue, but it was something that could not have been predicted or anticipated by the staff. The team at the Sydenham branch went out of their way to ensure that I had access to a replacement vehicle, which I was very happy with. I would particularly like to recognise Justin, who works at the branch. He reassured me that my situation would be resolved and handled everything in a highly professional manner. The team also ensured that I was appropriately compensated, which gave me added confidence in using their services again in the future. Collecting and returning the vehicle was straightforward, quick, and hassle-free. Thank you once again to Justin and the entire team for providing such excellent customer service.
