  van which was booked was not available, smaller van had to be taken. No water in the window washer and a warning dash light kept coming on

  The cars are great and the workers are really helpful but they are always short staffed. They are clearly doing their best but the queues to return and pick up are too long. You need to add another hour to your schedule to allow time to be served.

  They all are woefully inept, rude and have no idea about customer service. I have put a complaint into head office and requested the calls are pulled as I cannot believe how they talk to customers. I am 100% taking this further

  Hassle free! They allowed me to leave the car where my car was being repaired, so convenient thank you guys. Loved the car!

  Drove all the way there, waited in a queue of people, even paid for the vehicle. Then was told that there was no van available despite booking in advance. Staff were pretty unhelpful. We asked if they could call around other local enterprises, they said they couldn’t get through to anyone. They were not very apologetic and didn’t take any initiative to try and solve the issue for us. It ruined our days plans. We asked for a refund and they couldn’t even print us a receipt to confirm the refund but we should check our bank account in three working days. Will never use enterprise again
