  Worst experience ever. If you need documents verification the other office is not open until 9 am here from 8:30 is no one… absolutely joke. Save yourself time and avoid this company at all cost

  Absolute joke! It’s 9 am and none is in the office. The Office is wide open door open so you can do whatever you want and noone to serve you

  Most unprofessional staff we have ever dealt with. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, and when we finally arrived, we were informed that they had given our car to other customers, even though we had booked it since January. Their excuse was that they had “called us,” but we had no missed calls or any record of a call from them. When we asked them to show us from their side when they supposedly called, they refused. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s behaviour. From the moment we walked in, they were laughing at us because we were upset about the situation. They were sarcastic, mocking us and even making comments about our appearance. When we confronted them about the way they were treating us, instead of addressing their behaviour professionally, they accused us of being racist. We had said absolutely nothing about anyone’s race or background — our complaint was entirely about their unprofessional behaviour and the fact that they had given away a car we had reserved months in advance. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional treatment from start to finish. After travelling and already dealing with a 3-hour flight delay, this was the last thing we expected from a company we had booked with months in advance.

  Horrible experience, don't book anything there. We booked through booking, long story short: we arrived there and they had us wait for 1hour and a half to tell us there was no car for us. Then they told us they will cancel the booking, which they never did. We were 5 clients in there, the guy in front of us had no car either though he came the day before to confirm everything was okay... We've booked there thinking it couldn't be as bad as the reviews said, well: it can !

  Achtung, Falle. Hatten einen 7-Sitzer gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Erhalten haben wir einen Ford Kuga. Sei die selbe Klasse. Gemäss der Homepage ist es eine deutlich tiefere Klasse und hätte halb so viel gekostet. Reklamation diesbezüglich erfolglos: Booking sei zuständig, da über Booking gebucht. Grenzt aus meiner Sicht an Betrug. Zwei Sterne nur dafür, dass der Kuga in gutem Zustand und die Abgabe unkompliziert war.
