  I had initially rented a small car from this branch, but realised on the day I would need something bigger, as I was going to take some friends up north for a wedding. Alf at Enterprise Peckham was fantastic! He helped me through the process of upgrading to a very nice 26 plate Ford Puma, and it was a delight to drive. I would very happily rent from this branch again, and hope to deal with Alf again too!

  The young lads working at this branch are genuinely friendly, very helpful, and make customers feel welcome. Their customer service is warm and approachable, which I really appreciate. My only concern is that, at times, they seem to overlook what the customer actually wants. For example, if a car is scheduled to be dropped off or picked up between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, there is no need to keep calling the customer after 9:00 pm and trying to be overly persuasive. I've also noticed that they can become a little defensive when things don't go their way. Everyone makes mistakes, but when the business is in the wrong, a sincere apology goes a long way and certainly doesn't diminish anyone's pride. Listening to customers and respecting agreed arrangements would make the overall experience much better.

  this review comes with a little delay as i totally forgot about it. But i don't wanna miss out on mentioning what a lovely experience i had at this branch a few weeks back being served by Alf & Omar. Very easy process, great service & great car. Thanks and see you soon
