My partner and I rented a car last Friday and were greeted by a very helpful young man named Alf. He was professional, friendly, and an absolute credit to your business. The way he represented the company was first-class, and you should be extremely proud to have someone like him on your team. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Staff were so friendly and helpful - Clark was super efficient and helpful when I was returning the van, and Eve was great when I was picking it up. David was also super helpful and knowledgeable with my questions at both pickup and drop off. 6 stars if I could for everyone!

Was driving up to the midlands from London to move my son's furniture, when I found a screw had punctured my tire in Bromsgrove. Managed to find a tire shop who wanted to remove the wheel and repair the tire properly from the inside, but there was no locking nut in the van. NO LOCKING NUT. I called Enterprise, who left me on hold and then got cut off. Managed to use the puncture kit, the tire man assuring me it would last until I got back to London. But there was still a slow leak. Had to stop and pump air in the tire on our way back to London. All the while I was panicking that if the tire didn't hold, I was going to be stranded on the M40 with a full van and NO LOCKING NUT. The AA wouldn't have been able to do anything. My stress was off the charts. I explained this in the morning when I returned the van with a very low tire. They were sympathetic and gave me a voucher for a quarter of a tank of petrol on my next rental. Great, that should make up for me nearly crapping my pants.
