- JJJade6 days ago1.0AVOID!!!!!! Very disappointing experience with Enterprise Park Royal. The first car had a flat tyre and Enterprise told me to call the AA. The AA came out, put air in the tyre and left — the car was never towed. The replacement car then had a tyre-pressure warning, which we reported to staff. We were told it was a sensor issue, but we later had to inflate the tyre ourselves. Enterprise then charged me £250, including a £99.94 charge described as towing/recovery and storage, despite the car never being towed. Even worse, their paperwork only explains £177.94, leaving £72.06 unexplained. Customer service has been awful — constantly passed between departments and given conflicting information. I am now making a formal complaint. Very stressful and extremely disappointing.

After phoning my insurance company the next day I get a text message for the same request. At one point they did not want to repair my car. What kind of service is this even though my insurance company's manger contacted them.
