- MAMajd Atoday5.0Amazing service and clean car - I had booked a 7 seater SUV but given a Ford Tourneo - which was too big but Farzan Imanzadeh was super patient and gave me other solutions. He explained all the fees and charges explicitly compared to other branches and the smile and service he delivered were over and beyond. thanks again!
- RMReena MasihOct 5, 20265.0Charles at the Park Lane branch is great, his customer service is 10-/10 he is very helpful, friendly and attentive. We have a brilliant service from him and his team. We will definitely be using them again.
- CSChris StenzelSep 29, 20265.0I had a problem with my prepaid reservation, and Farzan was professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, polite, and responsive in addressing it. He made every effort to complete the reservation and work with me to help resolve the issues. I have rarely encountered this level of service at a rental car agency. Manny (Maneesh) was also very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know about the alternative vehicle and addressing the minor additional cleaning that was necessary.
- DPDivyam PanghalSep 22, 20265.0We booked an XC90 for 15 days and were assisted by Mr. Albert Jashari. Throughout our booking and trip, he has been a great help and has always went out of his way to make our trip more memorable. The car has been fantastic as well and we would easily recommend this office to any friend who might be visiting in future.
- RCRochelle CharlesSep 17, 20265.0Thanks to Charles and he’s team my experience was great. Fantastic customer service from everyone. All staff were friendly and welcoming and the car I hired was immaculate! I’ve never used a car hire company before so I was unsure of the process or what to expect but they put my mind to ease and I was well looked after all through out. I will be recommending to friends and family.
