  Friendly, quick, no cheating on paint scratches etc. good car. Unfortunately also dirty front cubbyholes for phones etc. No water for wiper washer.

  Loved my experience with Enterprise! This isn't my first time renting with Enterprise during my holiday in the UK, but the team exceeded expectations this time around. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the pickup process was seamless after they clearly explained all the details. A special thanks to Tola and the branch supervisor! My visit was on Friday, August 14th, at around 11:30 AM. Highly recommended!

  Service was very good. Charles and Maneesh are good guys, both helpful and professional. The only issue on the day was that the medium van I had booked was not available so I had the choice of waiting a couple of hours or settling for a smaller van. I did the latter and it all worked out ok but could have been a problem otherwise. I felt I was looked after by the staff so all in all I had a good experience. 👍

  An extremely Dodgy establishment run by scoundrels handling multiple car rentals from one location . They manage Enterprise , National and Alamo. Location: the place is hidden in an underground car park in corner of Hyde park, difficult to find on maps. Management : Will not have the car you booked , ( seems to be the theme here ) and will push for whatever they have stating it is the Only one available. The Real kicker comes when u Dont buy there Extended coverages and return the car . Most Often then Not i had heard and then Experienced First hand the Scam they pull with most ! “ you damaged the tire” The guy asked me to take it to a 3rd party to get it replaced or else he would charge 2500 Pounds ! Then he negotiated it down to £400 !! They refused to show me prior photos of the tire and insisted that this scuff is new . I Have Never had such an experience Ever in all my 15 plus years renting from Enterprise ( in the US ) . Here is a photo of the alleged scuff that requires a Tire Change . What a Scam !!

  Punished for complaining — booking cancelled and access to other branches blocked I have rented from Enterprise several times previously without problems and have spent thousands of pounds with the company. Unfortunately, my experience with the Enterprise Park Lane branch was completely unacceptable. The staff I dealt with were rude, dismissive and highly unprofessional. My booking was cancelled without any clear or reasonable explanation. When I complained about how I had been treated, instead of investigating the conduct of the staff or attempting to resolve the situation, Enterprise refused to rent me any vehicle. Even more disturbingly, I then discovered that I had apparently been blocked from renting through other Enterprise branches as well. From my perspective, this felt like retaliation simply because I raised a legitimate complaint about poor customer service. This was not a minor problem involving a delay or unavailable vehicle. Enterprise cancelled my booking, treated me disrespectfully and then effectively excluded me from the wider company after I complained. I received no proper explanation, no fair review and no meaningful attempt to resolve the matter. A company should not punish a longstanding customer for reporting rude and unprofessional conduct. After previously spending thousands of pounds with Enterprise, I am appalled by the way I have been treated. I strongly advise customers not to rely on the Park Lane branch, especially when their travel plans are important. Based on this experience, I no longer consider Enterprise a trustworthy or customer-focused company. I am still waiting for Enterprise to explain in writing: Why my booking was cancelled; Why I was subsequently refused a vehicle; Who authorised the restriction affecting other branches; and Why raising a complaint apparently resulted in further action against me. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of a repeat customer. Zero accountability and easily one of the worst customer-service experiences I have encountered.
